Need improvement

Breakfast was not good. Coffee maker not working and the coffee that was offered was cold and had coffee grounds in my cup. I hope things improve. I stayed here once before and I had a pleasant stay last year. The front desk is great. Room could have been cleaner. There was dust on the dressers.

The pool was broken. There was two main reasons for my stay the pool for my family and the free breakfast. Thank god my family didn’t eat the eggs and bacon but I did and I got food posing. I’m going to the dr now thanks best western

All was good.

Hotel was clean and comfortable for my 1 night stay. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly. Although I usually don`t do continental breakfast I enjoyed the coffee and the selection was nice so I did have a little something. It was a stopover after a late night drive and I would stay here again when driving late en route to a further destination. I also enjoyed the facial soap as it was nice and natural.

Everything was good till last day when they were booked full an the front desk was down right AWFUL about chevking out. I had to extend my stay 1 day an they wanted me to check out of the room completely then chevk back into same room at 3pm. The hole point of extending the stay wsd to avoid that

Amenities are a NO GO

Guest Services made my check in fast and efficient. Breakfast was decent. However my purpose for choosing this hotel was the hot and pool. Hot tub had cold questionable water in it and not working. Pool temperature was beyond freezing, apparently the heater for the pool was not working either. Extremely disappointed.

When we asked for early check in, we were told they didn’t have it in a rude manner. We got there and the place smelled like pool water. Customer service wasn’t the greatest and the conversations between staff members were questionable. The room was nice, but there was water leaking from the fridge and no comforter on the bed, just a thin blanket. We asked for late checkout and they only had one for 30 minutes more. Before our time was up, room service knocked our door and was telling us we were suppose to be out of the hotel. I assume they weren’t informed, but it still was an awkward conversation.Also incidental hold was 150, which is usually more than other hotels I have been at. Overall not the greatest hotel.

We had a one night stay. The front desk lady was polite enough but in no way friendly. It seemed like we were bothering her. Our room was good, my husband and I enjoyed the separation of our room with a king bed to the living room with the sleeper sofa. Overall, the room was clean. The pool closed much earlier than we’d liked and we were not allowed to bring any type of beverage into the pool area, even water in a plastic cup.
