I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights

What a great opportunity to stay at a reasonably priced hotel with the luxury of spending the days at the Atlantis. Everyone was so pleasant. The breakfast was such a bonus. We also over the pool and the bar when we just wanted to lay low. Great time!

Nice Stay
The front desk staff was great as was the cleaning service. The hotel is not glamorous but is still very nice and perfect for those that are looking to spend their time at Atlantis. My only complaint was that the restaurant staff was not very friendly. Lastly, tips are already included on almost everything and I didn't realize it at first. Make sure to look at your totals.

We stayed here because it was 1/3rd of the price to stay at the Atlantis but to use their facilities for free! Our stay was good except our air conditioner the first night gurgled and hissed, keeping us awake most of the night but the maintenance staff must have fixed it after we told housekeeping, because the other two nights we didn’t notice the problem. The free breakfast was also a plus because the food costs were outrageous in Nassau especially Atlantis!

Great location for family
Overall, it was good. Great value for the price. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was decent. Loved the welcome complimentary stuff as VIP Expedia member - definitely enjoyed them thank you. Room was dated but clean. Only complaint was the shower - lacks pressure and doesn't drain well. Breakfast was awesome. And location to Atlantis was pretty good.

The hotel is in a perfect location to the Atlantis. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and well laid out.

It was ok stay, not great
The only good part about this hotel is its close to Atlantis. The building is old, beds are awful, showers don't work all the time. Serive is not great, asked to replace phone in the room and never got it done. Nothing special about breakfast (No oats, veggies, nuts , more options).

Great hotel and service.
Everything was great. The beds were comfy, the bottles of water was a nice touch, along with the little coupons and discounts to Crusoe’s. The only thing that was pretty annoying was the terrible connection to the wifi. Despite bringing this up to the IT, it was still very slow, and sometimes not working at all.
