What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some.

You can't beat the location, with the gondola just steps away from the lockers. The building is a bit older but the rooms were very nice and comfy. Also loved the hot tub after a day of freezing on the slopes.

Great location for Winter Park

Property location is great with shops, restaurants, and Starbucks on the premises. Underground parking is very convenient. The property was clean and generally comfortable. The bedroom is extremely small, and the bathroom has no storage or place to put toiletries. The bedroom was too warm at night, although the day was cool, and the bedroom windows are not operable. Price was appropriate for the accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient ski in

Nice to be feet away from gondola straight to skiing. Easy access to hot tubs. Only issue keys not working locker. Reset several times before it worked. Communication was excellent.

I don’t know about the other units, but the one we stayed was exceptional. Clean well decorated, comfortable beds, sheets, towels.. The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. I learned the advantage of reserving with Expedia is because front desk can help you more. In our case, we got the keys at front desk. We needed a humidifier, extra towels, keys stopped working. We were glad we were helped immediately. The front desk is super kind and helpful. Michael was super kind. It was our first time going skiing with kids and we will definitely go back to Zephyr (through Expedia).

Great location, can’t beat it for access to the ski lifts. The building itself is a little tired and could do with an internal refresh. Our particular apartment was clean, the bed was good, the kitchen was good but the two couches and chair in the lounge were old, springs had gone and pretty much unusable. This was disappointing.

The properly was clean and well kwpt however the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and very old. Honestly, this could’ve been a five star experience had the beds not been so incredibly uncomfortable for everyone in our party in three different rooms. We loved the walkability to the ski lift and the amenities and restaurants nearby. However, I would not stay here again because that’s how incredibly bad the beds were. Has five grown adults in their early 30s we all complained about the beds for a week after. The units were family, friendly with a full kitchen, but would probably stay here again with the bed situation for one night at a time.

Convenient and comfy condo

Great little getaway while my husband was on a business trip. Easy access to parking and ski village amenities. Fireplace was shut off for the summer, but I could have requested it be turned on. The room was very comfortable, though the bedroom door and armoire door could hit each other. Only thing that needed work was the toilet that was very loud when it flushed and took a bit to stop running. But I'd still recommend it.

Everything was good except the bed. There was a thick, too soft pad on it. The bed therefore was way too soft. Worst of all, the fitted sheet kept coming off, making things very uncomfortable.

Not sure it could have been better. Staff was incredibly helpful. Access to the mountain was outstanding. Parking beneath was easy and quick. If we ever ski at Winter Park again not sure I'd look anywhere else.
