My stay with Premier Inn was exceptionally impressive and went beyond my expectations. Room was clean, bed and pillow were comfortable. Staff at front desk and Thyme coffee shop were hospitable, friendly and accommodating. Keep it up!

Easy, cheap & frequent shuttle to LHR, nice handicap room with tub on ground floor and close to restaurant, which had a great breakfast & delicious dinner. Very safe environment for a solo, female traveler and inexpensive to boot! Highly recommend. Will stay again next time I need to be close to LHR.

First of all I don’t understand why they are aloud to call the hotel “Hethrow airport T2,T3 Hotel” , it’s a very misleading name that makes one think that it’s the same arrangement as of the Terminal 4 premier Hotel,which is located IN the airport,and this Was along bus ride to the hotel,we arrived a little early (12:30 pm),after a long night flight and they charged me 15£ I found that to be outrageous and taking advantage of unsuspecting travelers (you should advertise this on your wabesite A

They are an airport hotel and they do their job well. The staff is pleasant and efficient, there is a restaurant and cafe if needed, rooms are large and comfortable. Good transit connections to airport and elsewhere.

Exceptional value! Triple room was perfectly prepared for our stay. Room was clean and bathroom amenities were as expected. Breakfast is free for kids under 15, and so was the shuttle to the airport. We could have used a shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well, but unsure if one was available. Better description of shuttle services would be nice. All in all, I would definitely be looking to stay at Preimeir Inn location s again!
