Booked two rooms (2x family quadruple rooms) but instead of a double and 2 x single beds (as the photo indicated) and which we requested we got a double and single which wasn't ideal for 3 adult kids; Anyway it was only two nights so we managed but I would recommend that if you book such a room check with the hotel prior. Otherwise the hotel was OK and 3 star but we didn't spend a lot of time so cannot give too much more feedback

Localização com fácil acesso ao metrô Tooting Bec Station. Quarto confortável , limpo e com bom chuveiro . Café da manhã adequado mas não é rico em opções . Único defeito é que mesmo deixando a sinalização no quarto para limpeza não o fizeram e também não trocaram a toalha .

Great size room and air conditioning, very handy to tube and shops.
While it was very tidy I did note the under he cushion of the chair hadn't been vacuumed. Dust and debris under the bed, has not be cleaned in ages. And a layer of dust on the bottom of the cupboard that I wiped.
Also annoying and I had emailed before. WHB-2720379-Q5N1 on 9 July. When I booked from NZ you CANT. It doesn't recognise the post code and un like Travel lodge you can not say I am out of the UK (to proceed) I tried for about three hours. Ended up going through Expedia and it was 100 pounds more expensive. So I didn't bother looking at any other Premier properties on this holiday.
No email address to go to and the one I got said ring reservations. Seriously how do you give feedback about booking issues!!!!
