This was a pretty nice airport hotel and I would rate it higher if it were not so desperately understaffed. The workers were doing the best they could, but there were just not enough of them on duty to handle all of the customers. Every phone line seemed to be routed to the same overloaded employee, so wait times for calls were frustratingly long. Housekeeping was working at a crazy fast pace, but also looked overwhelmed (it appeared that they had barely finished cleaning my room when I checked in— some things were still damp).

This hotel makes you pay to park in there lot. Sad
The front desk staff rather socialize with other employees rather than waiting on patrons. And if your an Hilton Honors you have to pay for parking to stay at there hotel.

The service was perfect the bar was fantastic. It was so cold in the lobby you could see your breath. The rooms were also cold.

work and stay
The staff were friendly; we particularly enjoyed the breakfast server. She was attentive, jovial and managed to somehow serve everyone all by herself. Because we were working remotely and spent some time in the lobby working, we had the rare joy to see the supervisors work with the staff and they used incredible best practices. The room was quiet, and dark. The bed was comfortable. The room was a tiny bit too small for morning yoga but we got it done.

Room Comfort
The room was cold because heating did not work. After a couple of attempts, they changed the room, but the second room was still not warm enough, The bathroom was cold all the time.

Great service but $2.00 for bottled water???
The young lady that checked me in was amazing! I wish I checked her name. I checked in around 9:30pm on Friday, Nov 22nd. Please tell her “Good job!” Only disappoint I experienced was that the bottled water $2.00 each. If you are going to charge for something so basic, make it $1.00. Crappy way to make money.
