It was good. There was some misunderstanding regarding the shuttle from the airport. We were told it was running 24/7 and then they back tracked and said it was only running until 8pm. Then a shuttle showed up and took us to the hotel?!?! So it was a bit misleading.

Honest Canadians
We never stayed at the Hampton - the hotel moved us to the doubletree Hilton near by ( said they were doing renovations ? ) we knew before we came - place was a little dirty and dis organized at the front desk because they were full . Restaurant was good otherwise

Just the worst.
Terrible. Showed up at 3am after a delayed flight and found out my room was sold to a higher bidder 2 weeks ago. Hotels.com is accountable for this as well as the Hilton Property. Absolutely terrible.

Hotel changed with no notice
When arriving at the Pearson International Airport we called this hotel for a shuttle. When I called I was told that the room we booked in August was no longer available to us and that we had to be transferred to a different hotel with no notice. When arriving at this second hotel we were given a much smaller room than originally booked. There was 3 adults and 2 children. We booked a large room, with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. We were given a small room with two double beds. The front desk at the second hotel told us there was nothing they could do to help due to no larger rooms being available and to contact the original hotel. When doing that the customer service was rude and told us to “complain to the booking site”, very unprofessional. Not only were we given a much smaller room. We were still charged the original price. Will definitely think twice about booking at this hotel again.

I booked this hotel for a quick stop as myself and family had a long layover on our way down South. When we landed in Toronto I called to ask about the shuttle only to be informed that we had been switched to another hotel because there was a large group extending their stay at the Hampton. The new hotel did not have the room configuration I requested (2 beds and a pull out couch). We ended up with 1 double bed and a pull out couch for a more expensive price. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Shuttle service was good, quick and on time.

Re routed to another substandard hotel
Well first of all while getting the hotel shuttle to our Hampton Inn- the shuttle driver said No- you are not going to Hampton Inn you have been re-routed to Crowne Plaza Hotel and proceeded to call the Crown Plaza and handed me the phone to which they said we have been re routes to Crown Plaza because Hampton Inn had a large group of people that stayed over for longer soo they made us a reservation elsewhere !! Not impressed. Had no email or notification prior to this
Got to hotel halls were not clean and hotel was not of the same standard as a Hampton Inn. Old hotel just with a face lift Breakfast was not edible and no where near the quality of food at Hampton. Bed was lumpy and not very comfortable This hotel cost me close to $250 for one night
I am not impressed. !!!!!! I require some compensation back. Please reply to this chat and advise

I did not stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport. I was moved to a different hotel that was farther away from the airport. I had no notice of this move until I phoned for the shuttle. I had to phone for the shuttle multiple times after a late night arrival with my two children (I had noted to the hotel when I booked that we would be a late arrival). There was no cot in the room, as I had originally requested and paid for. Overall, I would not book this hotel again.

The staff was so nice and friendly. Very approachable. The room was very clean and breakfast was good . Complimentary shuttle bus to the airport arrived on time. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Terrible service.
This has been a hotel we have used a few times. Since we checked in after midnight they put us by the elevator. We asked for a room away from noisy areas, but since we checked in late which we communicated they gave our room away.
