Needs an update.
Room was missing a lamp from one of the night stands. Floor lamp didn't have a light bulb. No hangers on the clothing bar. The jacuzzi tub looked terrible. They need to use some CLR or magic erasers or something to clean it. Carpet was in bad shape. Needs a new mattress. On a positive note, the desk staff was very friendly.

The nightmare
the pool was out of order, no tv remote, the room smells like smoke, the microwave didn't work the bathroom light would go out had to switch the braker to get it to work. the clock was broken. no phone to call the front desk and when i used my phone they hung up on me. Never would i stay there even if it was free!!

Negative 300 stars.
I have been traveling my whole life. This is number 1, the worst homeless living community i have ever seen. Kids roaming the halls unsupervised. You will smell like urine, smoke and dumpster upon leaving. We decided not to stay after seeing the room, the janitor was running the front desk so i had to come back the next day to request a refund from the manager. Upon arriving was told there is only a 75% refund policy. I didnt feel this was acceptable, i asked to speak to his manager because i want a 100% refund. He told me his manager does not have a phone number. He called the police to try to intimidate me to leave. When the police arrived they reassured me i was not doing anything wrong and thay this is not a place to stay with family. Don't let the cesspool fool you. Hotels.com should be ashamed to promote such a disgusting establishment.

It was okay
Our first room didn’t have a functioning TV or jacuzzi tub, we called the front desk and they sent maintenance up, but all he did was take the tv remove (which didn’t even belong to the tv in the room) and then never came back. Eventually we just asked to switch to a new room which everything was fully functional in thankfully other than the A/C /. Heater didn’t stay on like it’s supposed to so we just slept with the window open to cool it off in there (the windows don’t have screens though) But the 2 people at the front desk were very polite and helpful and accommodating for moving our room with no issues

Do yourself a favor a spend extra for nicer
Room was filthy and had bugs. There were cob webs in the corners, stink bugs in the beds, bathroom fan had no cover, tub/shower was dirty with soap scum, blinds were being held up with scotch tape, bed head board was covered in what I hope was drywall dust. And that was just the room. The hotel appears to have been a really nice place maybe 20 years ago but has fallen to neglect. It looks like some renovations are being attempted but they are either doing them DIY or are hiring the cheapest contractors that side of Michigan. Booked a two night stay and left a day early. I guess that’s what I get for going the cheap route. I’ve stayed in some questionable places but this one was laughable. It doesn’t even seem like they tried to make it nice. I really wish I would’ve taken photos to share. Take my word for it and don’t cheap out like I did.

We did not stay. We walked in the room, took a video and walked out. The room was disgusting. I asked for a refund, the front desk lady told me no and that I needed to contact Expedia. I walked out.
