錫賽德沙灘海濱旅館 - 夕塞德

This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in . . . I called the day before to make sure they were renovated, because online there were some nice pictures that looked renovated, and then there was one picture of a very outdated room that didn’t match the rest. I spoke to Raven on the phone and she assured me they were newly renovated. Upon arrival, Raven was the one to check us in, and she specifically gave us the outdated room. When you walk in you immediately get hit with paint fumes. The bathroom floor was horrendous. There was dust everywhere, tv was tiny and took numerous tries to get it to work. We had to call maintenance for assistance, and he was very nice and informed me the building we were in had recently been painted indeed. All the furniture was beat up. Truly an anxiety inducing room. I went down to speak to Raven and showed her the pictures online of the renovated rooms and explained that I had called to make sure we received one of those. She made a comment whilst pointing at the other building and said “Those are all doubles”...? I have no idea how that pertained to anything. I asked if we could please get another room and she proceeded to say they were sold out (this was at 2:30pm). At this time she could’ve easily switched me elsewhere before the entire facility was full. But later I called to see if they were in fact sold out and was told they still ha

Great staff and location

Good clean room with a great view. The breakfast has a lot to be desired.

We arrived in our room to find the heat off and the room at about 40 degrees. The tiny heater in the room took most of the night to get the room to a bearable temperature. Wore my coat most of the night. In the morning, the hot water in the shower lasted about one minute. Had to rinse my hair in freezing water. No sound proofing whatsoever. Could hear everything in the next room, parking lot, and the side street our room was adjacent to. Staff was friendly, and helpful....so there is that. Bring blankets, space heaters, and prepare for cold water.

From the moment we arrived the hotel was clean and quiet it made for such a relaxing stay!

The picture window made this a great room, even on a rainy weekend. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Comfortable non-view room, a little older but clean. Pool was nice with spa and sauna. Great that it is on the prom in Seaside. Close to everything. Would be nice to have an up-to-date book for local food places and shops. Also having a current list of TV channels so you don't have to hunt every time you want to change channels.

Great location, great price, great service. Quiet and smaller than surrounding places. Came for a getaway date and enjoyed everything. Definitely be back

The room smelled really bad. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. There wasn’t much to choose from. Also, you can hear everything through the walls. Expected more based on the pictures posted online.

Gorgeous location and beautiful cozy clean room. Staff was super attentive and friendly.
