Omaha trip in January
Overnight stay, lobby was clean & attractive, smelled really good. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, ample pillows. We had two queen beds. The A/C unit was unplugged upon arrival and the room was cold (January) plugged unit in and turned on. Room warmed right up, but the fan never turned off. Be aware, there is a $100 hold on your card upon check-in. This info was buried on the Hotel's.com web page fir the hotel information. No reminder of the deposit upon booking. The advertised full breakfast was not provided. Breakfast served from 6-9 am. We arrived at 8:15 am and the only items available were cereal, toast, waffles, sausage and pre-packaged mini-muffins. Very dissapppinted that the 15 or so guests that were in the dining room had slim pickings. It is a challenge to get to the hotel as the exit is very confusing.

We had two cockroaches we found. One was crawling across the tv stand while watching tv and found the other when we found when we got out of bed in the morning.

Wishing I could give it negative stars
Horrible! There is simply nothing positive to say about this place. This is way beyond normal wear and tear. Pictures and captions below. These are just some of the items experienced during my stay: The lock was broken. The bed has only a fitted sheet and comforter, which we all know isn't washed frequently. The baseboards and flooring was falling apart. The shower head was caked with grime. The TV had nothing but streaming services but then had big blobs of color streaks so you couldn't watch anything anyway. The breakfast was inedible. The refrigerator didn't cool at all. The microwave had the wrong size tray in it so it kept cutting off. The toilet was the height for a toddler and wobbled while you were sitting on it. Drawers wouldn't close. Paint peeling all over the walls. Some of this is disrepair but the lack of sheets and grime and dust is not. While coming back in from getting food, an older couple was complaining and asking for a refund and their room had worse complaints than mine. Any positive reviews at this place must be friends of the owners or paid for.

Do not stay here....
Never ended up staying at this hotel. Was not allowed to check in without putting down a $100 depsoit. Not only was a deposit required but they refused to put it on a credit card and demanded cash. Oh and they had no ATM on site in order obtain said cash. We were told to go to the bar across the street. After seeing the state of the hotel up to the lobby as well as the parking lot there was no way we were handing over $100 cash to a front desk employee who wasnt going to be there in the morning with no record or receipt. Do not stay here. Unfortunately Hotels.com was able to polish this turd on their website and fool me into paying for a non refundable room. Worst hotel experience of my life. Will definitely be spending extra to book with a higher tier brand name hotel chain going forward. If you like living on the edge and require the fear of being mugged in the middle of the night to lull you to sleep by all means book a room.

Staff was nice at check-in, however they were on a headset talking the whole check-in process. The signage all over the front desk referring to a cash securit my deposit of $100 was very strange. The ring security cameras that are sitting at the front desk made me feel like this location was unsafe. I asked if the parking lot was secure and was told it’s better if I park in the front row of the parking lot. The carpet in the room was very dirty, stained pillow cases. Very thin blankets and when I asked for an additional blanket, I was questioned with how many people are staying in my room, and then I was given a sheet. Tiny thin towels. Half a roll of toilet paper. Sticky floor in bathroom. The room smelled musty and like smoke, although smoking is not allowed. I will never stay here again and
