Will Not Return To This Hotel
We will not return to this hotel. So many things to say about it. The parking is horrible during the week. They only valet on weekends. Someone visiting or it may have been staff called the cops because he didn’t get his way with parking. The room was decent, very dated and you had to pay for everything. The weight room was decent but the water machine seems like it had long standing water.

It could have been great and relaxing.
We booked the hotel because of the picturesque pool after being on the highway for awhile. The whole family was looking for some time in the pool to relax. We check in and the pool is closed for maintenance. Why would any hotel closed their supposedly beautiful pool in anticipation of the weekend of guests. They have all week long to get it done. It was failure on their part and a disappointment.

Disappointed
Next time I’ll go to a Hilton. I thought this would be decent for a four star hotel but it was actually worse than the oak brook Hilton which I think has less star ratings. This place also gave us one roll of toilet paper for a three days and it was two people in the room. The bathtub leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the mini fridge did not work. No microwave nothing special. I’ve been to cheaper hotels that were overall better. The parking is also quite a walk so be prepared.

No working air conditioner.
The hotel was fantastic. The surrounding area is quiet and semi-secluded. Just what we wanted. The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We were pleased the bathroom had complimentary toiletries. Everything seemed great until we turned on the air conditioning. It didn't work. This week was a hot one too. In the 80's F. We called the first night and i was told they wouldn't have a maintenance person until tomorrow morning. When ibasked if we could switch rooms, I was told the only ones available would be a downgrade. So we stayed and slept with the patio open. We were promised a technician would work on it first thing the next day. The next day came, and we told the front desk, the air conditioning technician was welcome to come fix it after we left for breakfast. So when we came back later that day hoping to take a nap in a cooled of room, it was STILL HOT!! I called the front desk again demanding to knkw why our air conditioning unit wasnt fixed. The hotel had no answer as to why. They seemed surprised even. I demanded they have a technician in the room to fix it in the next 30 minutes or they NEED to upgrade us to a suite. Ten minutes later we get a knock on the door and its the technician. He introduces himself and apologizes for the "miscommunication". About ten minutes later, he has the air conditioner up and running. He then packs up his tools and apologizes one more time before leaving. Thats my ony issue I had.

Okay
The location was nice. A good portion of the hotel was closed for a party including the advertised bar with live music. Was hoping to be able to unwind with a cocktail at the end of the day. I was told another bar was open on the other side and it was not and they were not able to make me a drink. The pool and hot tub were nice but kids were splashing and playing in the hot tub all weekend, making it a bit difficult to relax. Pool was constantly out of towels also. Not the worst place but was not very satisfied after leaving. Was told they would do something for me when I checked out and they didn’t.
