At first appearance, everything looked fine. I walked through the room and started noticing some things. The pictures posted online look nothing like the inside of the room. The building is old and in need of a major update. The ceiling had water spots and damage, none of the lamps were plugged in, the refrigerator and microwave weren’t even plugged in. The tv was super small and the remote had dead batteries. The balcony was obviously not cleaned after the last guest because I found a dirty cup, dirty swim trunks, and dirty boxer shorts. While I know we’re at the beach and sand gets everywhere, I feel that the floors could have been swept and mopped to get all the sand left behind from the previous guest. I will say that the front desk clerk was very friendly, the bathroom was clean, and it was conveniently located.
