The facility is clean. Beach and pool areas are beautiful and are well attended.
We ate at the two on-site restaurants (BLT Steakhouse and Casa Nonna). The receptionists at both places were overwhelmed, slow in seating us and not warm even though the restaurants were not full. At Casa Nonna, our entrees arrived 1.5 hours after we sat down.
We have been to several Ritz Carlton properties and always raved about the services. We felt this one was the least pleasant experience.
