We stayed for a wedding and cannot fault anything. The staff were all excellent especially Grace who went above and beyond for us.

Room was lovely and spacious, slept great, bed was really comfy. Room was a bit warm even with the radiators turned off and window open. Friendly staff.

This was such a lovely place to stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. When our wedding photo shoot had to be relocated due to the weather the hotel accommodated us on the property and helped make our time special. This location has so many beautiful hidden gems. Make sure you tour the whole gardens around the property. This was a highlight of our two weeks in Ireland.

Beautiful property on the ocean, great view. Nice dining. Nice dinner and breakfast. Great history. Only issue was that they didn’t reflect the Expedia reservation, took a bit of time to resolve. This was the only property on Ireland that didn’t have our Expedia reservation. Don’t let that discourage booking this property, but do reconfirm a few days before arrival.

This hotel was expensive but lovely. The food was excellent. The staff very helpful. The only thing that wasn’t good was the lift didn’t function. The gardens were exquisite and this is a wedding venue.

The lift was broken but the staff was great about taking the luggage up to the third floor. What I really did not like was that it advertised as having AC, however upon check in we were informed that in fact they did not have AC or fans and we spend an expensive, hot stuffy uncomfortable night

Service, and hotel is just lovely. Directly across from water. Perfect lounge area to enjoy the views and grab a small bite. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. It came with the basics but not as detailed as other hotels we stayed. Service was wonderful and staff warm and pleasant. Room was extremely comfortable.

Not too much to say that's enlightening. Run of the mill hotel. Muggy and damp feeling with terrible draft odors and sounds with other floor plumbing running next to the bed in a makeshift cabinet/hiding wall. Traffic was loud and even with the small windows not much air flow to be had. Travel cot provided did not have a mattress so it didn't get used. Kind sized bed was two hard mattresses pushed against each other.

Fantastic reception staff with quick and efficient check in .beautiful room with good shower. Free parking right in front of the hotel . All staff very friendly and professional. Thought the restaurant food and bar prices were wat to expensive tbh.

Ballygally is a quiet, beachside village. It's a little lacking in anything other than the hotel so coffee/snacks at the hotel would have been good.
