Sorry I never wrote bad reviews for no places. Every year we travel for 2-3 times a year and we stay in different places. This place is not really bad place, but I will never ever come back to this place. The hotel is too,too busy and they have not enough good people that work here. Anything you ask them they just smile and go living you talking by yourself. At the reception they send you in the room and the room is not clean yet. Thy make you to wait for hours telling you no problem just wait,we are going to tex you.Then you have to wait and they don’t Tex you then you have to go back to them, then thy are going to say you…we are sorry we apologize for this. In this place you waist your vacation waiting and going back and ford to the costume service. The worst thing here is: if you don’t waek up at 4:00 am to go to get chairs on the beech or by the pool you don’t find any more chairs. I don’t know on other times how it is here but now here look like are half and half Americans and Canadiens plus from other places. But the worst thing is that 80% of the Americans are just blue collar trash drinkers and 60%of the Canadiens from Quebec are blue collar drinkers trash. Please if you want to have a good vacation avoid this big army cazarmă it is crazy here. You can do ore ever you like but this is my advice to you. If you don’t believe me you are going to find out on your self. Have a blessed vacation

Only plus is the beach
The only good thing was the beach! The hotel was overrun, bad service with rude waiters and bartenders. I don’t blame them though. The hotel seemed very understaffed so the ones there were most likely overworked and over hearing people complaining. Food was not good. Impossible to get chairs at beach because there’s a beach club that takes most of the space and beds there are not included with your “all-inclusive” stay. $250 for a beach bed p/day. Or wake up and be at the beach by 7am to leave towels and your belongings to hold chairs. Same issue by the pools. Impossible to get a waiter at the beach unless you pay for the beach club beds. New Year’s celebration was also not part of our AI stay and was disappointed we had to pay extra however, it was a very good venue. We love a nice beach and had a good time because of it otherwise, it would have been a terrible experience.

Over promise, under deliver
The room was clean and it all looks nice from the outside, but underneath the surface we had a very frustrating stay. It was crowded and we had to wait in lines for most things. Breakfast buffet line in the morning was very long. You have to wait in line for dinner at the buffet if you don't make a reservation for a restaurant in person by 4pm. When we arrived, we checked into our room at 3pm and by the time we got settled it was 4:15pm and they told us it was too late to book a reservation. There were lots of empty tables at restaurants but we were unable to visit any of them that night and had to wait in a long line for the buffet. One day, we had some chairs at the kids' pool and then went to get breakfast. When we came back, the staff had moved our stuff off the chairs and every single chair was full. We waited an hour for a manager to try to help us, which is unacceptable when we have limited time on vacation and we were following the same systems that everyone else was using. It seemed like there were a lot of hoops to jump through or extra things that you couldn't do without paying. And the things that were included often came with long, slow lines. Overall, I would not recommend the Paradisus Cancun and will not stay there again.

- Ibamos por celebrar aniversario y fue un dato que nos pidieron antes de llegada, no tuvieron ningun detalle sobre ello. - Todo lo quieren cobrar extra - La comida dejaba que desear, algunas cosas recalentadas, he estado en otros resorts con mucha mejor calidad - Algunas personas fueron muy amables pero otras no, incluso no saludaban y andaban como molestos, no daban guia, nada excepcional. - Personal mal capacitado, al consultar cosas sencillas unos decian una cosa, otros otra

It was easy to book through Expedia. The hotel was incredibly better than expected. Great service, friendly staff, amazing views inside and outdoors, excellent food options. I highly recommend staying at Paradisus Cancun, the location is perfect with easy access to everything.
