On November 16, 2022, I checked into the Grand Palladium hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. The next day I had no hot water in my shower. I contacted "guest services", and I was told someone would come, they never did. The day after again no cold water. I went to "guest services", and asked for room change, they said they would send an "engineer " to see the problem. The person came, and I had hot water for one night, and the next day it was cold again. I complained again, and I was told, a report would be sent to the manger. On the fourth day, I had enough of the excuses, and asked for the manger. I was told he wasn't available, but he would be notified of my problem. They wanted to offer a spa day to my wife, and I said it doesn't matter if we don't have hot water. I contacted Hotel.com, and they contacted the hotel. They were put on hold for 15 minutes, and then was disconnected. I contacted a Hotel.com supervisor who was then able to contact the hotel supervisor. By this time, there was a leak in the ceiling with water on too my clothes. Miraculously I was given another room and hour later, with a 3 inch dry birthday cake for my wife. So out of 7 days of my vacation, I had to bathe in cold water for 5 days. Grand palladium is a low grade, trash hotel, with lazy, larthargic, nonchalant staff who have attitude when you are being inconvenienced. The so called manger is a joke, and so is he guest service staff. I would never stay at this hotel, nor recommend it to anyone.
