Great Hotel for Our Long Weekend Stay in Chicago
This was a great location. About a half block from the “L” and minutes from bus transportation. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor of the hotel and rooms. My 9 year old enjoyed all of the graphic art on doors like the emergency exit and ice machine. And the record albums in the elevators. And great price for location. Walking distance to UNO Pizza and Lou Manalti’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and comfortable for both hanging out and sleeping. Linens and towels were clean. Bar had fantastic drinks! We enjoyed watching the bartenders do their craft! Location was perfect for walking to a variety of restaurants and shops, along with the Magnificent Mile, the River Walk, the Casino, and the L.

This hotel is convenient, easy/going staff that have been there for years, hippie-like feel, and all around definitely worth the stay. I stay here whenever I travel for work. Please keep in mind, this hotel is smack dab in the middle of river north, so it does get a little loud. Just a fyi.
