1. When we got there we had to wait 30 minutes for our room.
2. When we went inside the bed sheets had a few stains on them so we put them to the side and asked a room service lady that was in the hall for more sheets.
3. The hot tub had a little debris in it & considering we had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready ( because it was being cleaned) we expected better.
4. We have been to the same hotel but in Tinley park and their customer service & cleanliness was EXTREMELY better.Their building was also updated. We had a hard time opening our room door because the key cards needed to be swiped multiple times to open the door. 5.We were willing to over look all of that because the room service women were nice and helped us immediately & we know things happen. However, we were VERY upset when my boyfriend Cavin called to request a late check out (which the policy states must be done within 24 hours of check out), he did. He does this all the time as we are regular customers at the Wingate in Tinley and they always respond via chat. The Customer service rep at the front desk never communicated with us via app so we called about our early check in, but to not respond at all when we asked about late check out as well is crazy. He called 4 times no answer. Then “ RAJ” answered #5and had the audacity to be very rude about our requests. He stated we never requested a late check out ( how can we if you didn’t answer?), and early check in which we did. See attached screenshot.
