The hotel wasn’t ready for us to check in, an hour past the check in time. They were quite unapologetic about this and told us that they overbooked the hotel. The room wasn’t clean, and they didn’t come back to provide fresh towels despite our request. Also upon our return one night, the front desk guy pulled out a knife on other patrons and was verbally aggressive. Could be a perfectly fine hotel if they figured out their staffing issues, stopped overbooking, and hired more cleaners. And perhaps trained their staff to not pull knives on people.
