This is a motel not hotel. They claim to be recently refurbished but it was rundown with any updates not done very professionally. We got a Labor Day deal on this stay so it was very reasonably priced, we got what we paid for.

I did not like how toothpaste isn’t available at a hotel… I had a hard time understanding what the staff was saying to me. Charged after charges for a shuttle but doesn’t make sense if shuttle service is offered but it doesn’t explain that it cost if you don’t book ahead of time. Arrived at 3pm for checkin, only had 1 hour to get ready before an event and the room was not ready. Wasn't able to check-in until 3:40. The door was broken and had a difficult time getting in, staff came to assist. Finally got into the dirty room and the only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room was dirty and out dated. Considered sleeping in my car that night. This place was horrendous! Do not book!

We had no room service the entire week, no clean towels, we had to ask for them everyday, we had a water leak on the ceiling, the elevater was not working, the ice machine was not working, no hair dryer in room, laundry mat not working, cockroaches in room, no clean linens all week. WILL NOT BE RESERVING A ROOM WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Honestly the hotel is a dump. Renovated dump. Room was clean. Breakfast included eggs sausage cereal bagels. Basic, but edible. Parking lot has a lot of trash- clean - up. Saving grace was that the neighborhood is good. Didn’t worry about theft. Hotel was empty so it was quiet. I didn’t have to worry about a rowdy clientele. Overall acceptable.

I made this reservation at the last minute, I was out on the first floor close to the door! I was unable to get into my room the gentleman came outside to help. I had a 5 am flight the new shift person had the van warming up and had me to the airport in 10 mins! I recommend Ramada!
