Not a Hotel—A Nightmare Stay

I recently stayed at this property and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The listing is misleading - the property does not resemble the photos at all; it's a motel, not a hotel. Upon arrival, the room was filthy. Our sheets were stained, and I had to request housekeeping immediately to replace them. The floors were dirty, the toilet did not work, and the doors barely closed. To make matters worse, we did not have towels upon arrival and had to call for them. During our two-night stay, housekeeping did not provide any service, other than changing the sheets upon arrival and supplying towels upon our request. The overall condition of the room and the lack of basic maintenance made our stay completely unacceptable. This level of hygiene and service is far below what any guest should expect. I strongly urge the management to address these issues immediately.

Motel not hotel

This is a motel not hotel. They claim to be recently refurbished but it was rundown with any updates not done very professionally. We got a Labor Day deal on this stay so it was very reasonably priced, we got what we paid for.

You get what you pay for. The room was OK, but definitely a run down property with a peeling bathtub and bad lighting. We were only there for a few hours before an early am flight, so it was fine for our purposes.

It will do for a short stay

It will do for a short stay on a tight budget. The room was tidy and had the basic amenities needed. Bed was a bit squeaky. Linens had a few small, light, stains. The food area could be cleaner. And the breakfast selection could use an overhaul (hot food was inedible).

AVOID!

Arrived at 3pm for checkin, only had 1 hour to get ready before an event and the room was not ready. Wasn't able to check-in until 3:40. The door was broken and had a difficult time getting in, staff came to assist. Finally got into the dirty room and the only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room was dirty and out dated. Considered sleeping in my car that night. This place was horrendous! Do not book!

Terrible place, no show shuttle, no answer to call

The hotel shuttle did not show up. I called over and over and over again with no answer and the mailbox is full. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was already used and then was reassigned a room that is not very clean. There is no elevator

HORRIBLE, do NOT stay here

I would like a refund for not staying. When I arrived at 10 pm the hotel desk attendant was not there. I waited for an hour and started to feel uncomfortable with people waiting for the attendant. As I waited the eating area was dirty and not clean. After a hour two men drove up and then one walked behind the desk and said he could check me in, I gave him 60 bucks so I could park and he gave me my room key. I got to the room and it was dirty. Stains on the desk and dresser and the bathroom. The bed had bugs and dirt also. I went to the front desk and told the attendant and he gave my 60 back and I left at 11:45 pm. I did take pictures for proof if i need to send them to you. Please refund my account because of this issue.

Weekend Away Room Review

Checking in was for the most part easy, since I was already PIF. However the front desk attendant did not request License Plate Info at time of check in. I was informed by my friend after getting to our room there was a display plaque on the other side of the front counter facing the other way that stated you were required to provide that info. If not, you’re at risk of vehicle being towed at your expense. Would more respectful of the patrons to be asked for this information at time of check in by the front desk associate. There was no papers asked to be filled in. Upon entering the room, there was a slight oder. Not sure at the time but determined it was most likely a mild mold smell. There was mold around the top of the shower. Definitely not a routine clean by the staff. Other than the mold, the room itself was good and comfortable. Could hear when people, probably children, were running around upstairs on the 2nd level. But it wasn’t often during our stay. The continental breakfast… oh man. Day one was a hang out for the questionable guests. Falling asleep while standing at the food counter…in their seats. Not a place we wanted to sit and have breakfast. Food was attempted but cold and wasn’t very good.
