Arrived at 10:30 pm and no one was in site for a little over 30 min. I tried ringing the bell provided, nothing. I tried calling the hotel, nothing. For 30 min+. Finally a worker was dropped off at the front door, and he then took care of me. I was told it was shift change, and that was that.
The room was average, with a strong aroma. I was only tring to get a few hours of rest before a flight, so i utilitzed the room for a total of 4 hours.
The web site showed free parking. It did not specify a rate change for continuous days, nor was I asked if i needed parking or a license #. Considering I did request the shuttle to the airport at 3 am. You would think they would want to make money and provide the information that there is a fee. Good thing i called back to check or it would have been towed.
Very strong language barrier with the manager about said issues and was just plane rude in my opinion. No apology for any of it. All said and done $ 126 spent. Car was parked for 4 days.
Its just sad businesses dont care how they trest you.
