As a former Senior F/A of 19 years and a Hotel Reviewer for Travel Impressions. I was hesitant to rate this hotel with a 5 star only for the disappointment that the restaurant was closed during my stay for cleaning and maintenance. Also, when I arrived the lady at the front desk appeared to be taken back (attitude) that I request clean towels daily during my stay.
At the end of my stay, I could not help to rate this hotel a 5 star for several above and beyond the care of the average hotel personel.
Those few disappointments seemed insignificant in comparison to the EXCELLENT SERVICE, KINDLY MANNERED, MORE ACCOMODATING STAFF AND ATTENTIVE STAFF I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING. This type of professionalism deserves the upmost recognition.
The room was immaculate with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the young lady who was in charge was sweet, polite, and attentive to all the needs of each guest. After my breakfast, I asked the chambermaid in the room next to mine if she would please change my linen. She immediately brought fresh linen and removed the used linen. Also, she disinfected the bathroom and asked if I needed anything else. I had some difficulty with the Keurig coffee machine. Immediately, she took care of the problem
Above and beyond caring, and with such sincerity is your front desk staff member, Tina C. Due to my physical disabilities, she made my stay beyond a memorable experience of kindness.
