Hotel needs work

The grounds and the doors make the hotel look abandoned. Our sliding door had no screen and broken drapes that wouldn't close completely. They put minimal items out for breakfast. By 7:30 everything was gone. They are very stingy with towels. Floors were filthy. The family that owns the hotel gather in the lobby in the evenings. I went to the front desk for towels and they looked at me like i wasn't allowed to be there. The hallways smell like smoke and old food.

No one at Service Desk

No one was at the front desk during check in or check out. Had to call a phone number to get service. The overall area felt sketchy and as a woman traveling solo, I didn't feel safe. There was no notice of a $100 deposit that would be charged, it was frustrating to have to pay that and wait to be reimbursed. The king room was large and decent, saw stains on the sheets. Overall not the best experience.

Beware of this business

This is an old motel that rents rooms. People live on the property and their belongs are everywhere. It should not be registered as a destination on any platform. I did not stay here because it was so disgusting inside the room. Nor was I given a refund. Horrible experience. It should just be apartments for low income if needed.

Do not stay here

The outside of the building is run down, the grounds overgrown, and the parking lot strewn with trash. I had to call someone and wait for them to show up so i could check in @ 330 in the afternoon. The room was surprisingly nice looking at first. Unfortunately that didn't last once my eyes adjusted. The room was filthy, hair on the shower walls, dirt on the floor, and a dirty plate under the tv stand (found that when trying to get the tv to work, the cable was unplugged)

Good place for the price, but no response to req.

This is a remodeled from an old Howard Johnson's. They did a great job on the rooms and it was quite comfortable inside. My only issue was using their e-mail for special requests. I have extremely bad knees, but they never answered and of course we were on the second floor for a two night stay.

Poor breakfast

It was the most run down hotel I have ever stayed at hardly any breakfast and what there was for breakfast was waffles and cereal. They could’ve had eggs and sausage and other stuff for breakfast

Needs work

Room was good accept had cobwebs in bathroom. The outside of motel was terrible trash all over the place majority of the screens on patio doors where off track weeds on patios. And on edges of sidewalk. I with little time they could make place more presentable. They should change Baymont motel to baymont apartments a lot of people living there.

Scary!!

This property looks NOTHING like the pictures, in my opinion. It looked like one of those long term hotels, where people rent by the week. It was dirty and scary looking! I dont know how they get away with the deception. In addition, I found out a family friend was robbed while working there.
