They advertised that they have a pool . Even pictured one. Got from Ohio to friends house then drove an hour to hotel . We brought their daughter and our granddaughter for an overnight to swim and spend fun time together playing with their dolls in the pool. NO POOL.

My stay was fine. I was displeased that the hotel did not have an elevator. I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was clean and had everything you could need. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The front desk service was amazing. The room was clean and cozy. I originally booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool is closed. The vending machine could have more in it and more variety. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay again.

Checkin in was fine and friendly. Bedding was worn and bobbly. We slept on the top of the cover as we arrive late and were tired. On check out staff were in the office laughing and watching tv. They saw us leave but said nothing. I put the key in the basket and left.

This hotel is sufficient if you are just needing a place to sleep. The room was moderately clean and the shower head did not work correctly. Don't plan on swimming, because the pool is full of mattresses. The positive was that the staff was very helpful and professional.

Facility and staff was fine. Beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Pool was down for repair which is why I chose this hotel on our trip. Pillows were tiny and felt like a balled up towel in a pillowcase.

You can really tell that this place is trying to improve their property. It does still need updating and it was a bummer that the pool didn’t work but overall, we were satisfied. People were cleaning on our floor every morning and afternoon. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again. Never found the grab and go breakfast but…we slept in as well. Thanks for a good and clean time.

Stayed while there was a change in maintenance staff and my room was scheduled for remodeling and upgrading. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly. Most of the breakfast was ready before I left for work. Sink and bathroom configuration was unusual and not optimal, but functional nonetheless. Was mostly quiet while I was there. Hopefully, any future stay I make is after remodeling.

The staff was nice and friendly. We couldn’t get the tv to work. There was the dirt in the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom door needed some paint. There were small ants in the room. I had to ask twice for help with the tv. They were nice with helping me. But I should have been able to cut the tv on and it worked automatically.
