Bad experience
Its a really bad experience that I had ever lived in.
I'm a foreigner,I had stayed in many different hotel.Its the first time I had been charged.
I go to Texas for my trip from ST.Louis,I stayed one night at June 1st.After that day ,when Im in Texas ,I saw there is $25 charged in my credit card from Red Roof.I was comfused about it.When we back to Little Rock again, this time I stayed in Qulity Inn next to Red Roof.
In June 10th,I go to Red Roof for asking $25,they said after we check out,the towel only has two! Its really wild about this.Fisrt I didnt took it,Second I even dont know how many towel when I check in,no custermer would check about the towel without the list.When we ask manager for this,she just say the towel was gone.
Im really mad about this!I dont accept but I know because of a foreigner and without using America credit,whatever I said or do,it wont change anything about it.
What I knew is you wont had me to stay in Red Roof again.
