The rooms had no fridge or microwave.. rooms were filthy..no soaps, linens or toilet paper.. cigarette burns everywhere.. people fighting and arguing all night.. just a terrible stay

Not clean at all. Sheets were dirty, bathroom was not clean. Towel rods fell off and the rest wobbled on the wall. The room smelled like smoke.

Badly run down, in need of a complete renovation. Many layers of poorly applied paint on walls and doors, heater didn't work, bathroom was tiny with zero counterspace, tv was also small.

Cigarette burns in the comforter, filthy floor, filthy bathroom, homeless bums begging for money... I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. Hotels.com should remove this disgusting place from their list!

Never again

It was absolutely terrible. The room was dirty, the covers had holes in them, the tub was dirty, there was no towels or washcloths, the door looks like it had caked up dirt as if it was never cleaned and it seemed like bugs were in there.

Absolutely disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. Dried dog crap matted to the floor, cigarette burns on the comforters.

Smelled like an ash tray

I requested a non smoking room, cause we dont smoke. The smell made me sick. I left as early as possible the next morning.

Disgusted

Honestly one of the worst stays I've had. There were roaches in my first room. The room after that had tissues and napkins inbetween the wall and the bed. I go tell management their solution....hand me a broom

We did the checkin at 12:30 am in the night . The first room given to us was having a strong pungent smell of smoking . Initially we were just offered a room freshener to mitigate the smell in the room . Then, upon strong objection we were given another replacement room with 2 queen beds and a torn up bedsheet with a hole and a broken AC.
