Worst experience using Hotels.com

I was disappointed from arrival. My room was downgraded from King to Double, but for the same price. The place is old/damaged; the window was cracked & open to the outside, letting flies in. "Breakfast" was just tiny, soggy muffins and bad coffee. No hospitality. I would never stay there again and don't recommend to anyone.

Do Not Stay Here

Avoid this place if at all possible. I should have known this would be a disaster when the front desk said "You booked a smoking room but we only have non smoking available." To which I replied, "I did? I didn't know hotels still have smoking rooms!" This place should be ashamed to offer rooms to people in this condition. Mold all over the bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns on the bathroom sink, mold on the cabinets...and that's just the bathroom. We aren't fully convinced we didn't bring bed bugs home from this place. Don’t stay here

Terrible hotel. Very dirty, dirty bathroom, stained sheets, lack of amenities/breakfast, and did not feel secure in my room as door opens very easily without using key card. Not worth the price for even one night

Badly run down, in need of a complete renovation. Many layers of poorly applied paint on walls and doors, heater didn't work, bathroom was tiny with zero counterspace, tv was also small.

Cigarette burns in the comforter, filthy floor, filthy bathroom, homeless bums begging for money... I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. Hotels.com should remove this disgusting place from their list!

Never again

It was absolutely terrible. The room was dirty, the covers had holes in them, the tub was dirty, there was no towels or washcloths, the door looks like it had caked up dirt as if it was never cleaned and it seemed like bugs were in there.
