The pictures from hotels website can’t compare to the actual rooms. Broken desk (unsafe to have on the room), dirty bedsheets, had to call front desk for clean sheets, noisy, hallways walls had white patching all over.

Late Refund/Lack Of Professionalism
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. They advertised breakfast, but it turned out to be just candy, chocolate, and light coffee—not what we expected at all. Additionally, we were charged a $100 fee, which they promised to refund. It's been two months, and we still haven't received our money back. We called many times, and Michael, a manager, was very disrespectful and hung up the phone multiple times while I was speaking to him. This lack of professionalism and poor service has left a bad impression. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolute worst
Was not told about hotel remodel. Room was not as reserved. Hammering banging smell. False fire alarm in middle of night. Disorganized staff. Sleep constantly interrupted. Keys that were de programmed twice. Had to request ironing board four times. Had to use stairs because elevator being used by construction workers. My wife complained and Mike at the counter was very condescending. When I, a guy complained, different story. All genders should be treated equally. I don't usually give bad reviews being that I work in customer service. They should be ashamed to actually take my money.

The woman that checked us in was cold and offered no details about the stay that a check-in entails. There was construction on our floor which included appliances in the hallway (refrigerators), plastic covering and tape down the entire hallway and the smell of paint (but not as strong as the weed). The room was dirty (hair in the shower) and the beds were so cheap they moved when you sat down. I am shocked they would book rooms on a floor so deep in renovations. The only pleasant part of the stay was the lovely woman working the front desk in the morning. She was kind, helpful and very much appreciated after the stay we had.

Not a Pleasant Stay
Arrived at 2:30 and was told I couldn’t get into the room until 3 pm check in time. Even though the room was ready. It’s “protocol.” I came back at 3 and had to wait 10 minutes while the manager sorted out other issues in the property. Room tent card advertises a variety of kitchen ware, but not even a fork was available to eat my order-in meal. Bathroom sink drains extremely slowly and there was a puddle on the floor from leaking drain.

Arrived at the property to find a fellow customer upset at the counter with no employee present. The other guest informed us they did not have rooms. Waited several minutes for an employee to come over, she did not look at me (she was on the phone with Expedia, I believe). She asked my last name and said I didn't have a room. She walked away (still on the phone) and offered no apology or assistance. The other guest informed me they were under construction. Another guest came in needing assistance and she even had to knock on doors for someone to come help her. The floors were dirty in the lobby. We left to try to find another room and ended up driving for 2 hours and to another state before we found accommodations and more than double the price and didn't check in until almost 2 am. It was an absolute terrible experience.
