Hotel needs updating

Stated one night for business. My room had the deadbolt turned so the door was not locked when I arrived to my room. As a single traveler this was unsettling. The key card barely worked (needed to have it reset twice.) The hotel shows signs of age. Dehumidifiers set up in the hallways and the trim along the floor had been removed. It was adequate for one night, but would not want to stay longer.

It wasn’t the best but it was a place to lie down.

The TV didn’t work at all. The sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious. That was about the only good thing about the stay. The pillows were small and not comfortable. There was a funny odor outside of the workout center on the first floor.

Hotel remodel at full price

When I booked this hotel room I didn’t mind paying the extra price since this hotel chain offers good service. When I got there, a full remodel project was happening. Walls had wet paint, carpets pulled up, doors, window shades with hole. Swimming pool water was dark green. I don’t mind staying at a place under remodel, but the entire place was being worked on and they charged full price. Terrible

TV didn’t work and funny smells

I wasn’t pleased with the stay. I tried to watch TV only to find out that a total of zero channels were available to watch. There was a funny smell in the hallway past the elevator. The breakfast was good. I was shocked to find biscuits with sausage gravy

It had a smell. The pool wasnt cleaned it was green, the people were nice, there was construction going on, the numbers on the first floor were hanging on with tape. Torn up carpet, hazmat by the doors. Cracks in the ceiling sheets and mattress pad had yellow stains and ripped. Outside door wws propped open. Bags of trash in the hallways. The customer service was amazing just the building and cleanliness.

Overnight Stay

Room # 228 March 21-March 22 Negative -Shower curtain was missing. Had hot water before going to bed. No hot water when we got up to shower the following morning. Got ready to check out at 9:00 a.m is when the hot water returned. Coffee maker in room didn't work. Positive -Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.
