Nice place to stay for a few days

This was a one night stay so I didn’t get to use the amenities which were offered. The unit is had was clean, good size, well maintained but a bit dated. The reception staff were all professional and personable. The grounds were well maintained. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Family place

If you have plenty of leisure time with your family this place allows you to relax. Most rooms are apartments , that look like home. They have fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, Tvs in each room, quiet, and clean. The place consists of many buildings and if you wish to spend time in the resort area where the biggest pools are, you need to take the car, because it is not walking distance. This is not a place to recommend to people on the go. The check.in procedure took about 30 min and finding the room another 30 min. ALl in all, a great place if time is not an issue

Supervisor enter the condo without knock the door

All was good ..but this morning 9:10 am we still packing for leave hotel at 10am..the supervisor open the door without knock and enter the condo. . and my husband say to him u need to knock before enter. Poor living conditions

The microwave wasnt working and the toilet bowl was leaking. The bathroom floor was constantly wet. Television remote not working. No ice maker in the refrigerator.

The check in was nightmare but the stay was ok

The stay would have being better if the check in good but it was at all. I called the hotel to add my boyfriend on the reservation because I was late. They never did. I spoke with Hotel.com. They added the name but for some reason Bonaventure did not receive it. My boyfriend lost more than 2 hours at the front desk. When I finally came around 5am, the lady said the stairs are not avaible. When I reserved I speacialy ask for a room 1st or 2nd floor because i'm claustophobia so I dont take elevators. So we spent another hour at the front desk to finaly find that the is fire stairs I can use but at 1st place the lady told me to change the resort to go aklt Weston vacation village. But they wasnt able to make the changes.

Bom, mas precisa de uma atualização.

O local é gigante. Ficamos hospedados (eu e mais 4 pessoas) em duas unidade, Chamadas A e B que juntas quem mais de 100m. Lembra muito um apartamento americano tradicional. O local fica próximo do Sawgrass e é bem localizado e, aparentemente, seguro. A propriedade em si é bonita e bem cuidada. Os quartos são velhos e precisam de uma reforma, mas estava bem cuidado e limpo. Não tivemos serviço de limpeza nos dias que ficamos, mas deixaram toalhas extras. Num geral vale a pena se estiver em um número de até 8 pessoas. Tem 2 quartos um grande, outro médio e dois sofás camas (que não são tão confortáveis).

Best “bang for your buck” resort in South FLA

Amazing accommodations, especially for the price (about a hundred bucks after taxes, plus a $30 “resort fee”). Nice, large rooms w/ 2 TVs and a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, dinner table, utensils & cooking supplies). I was only looking for a room to crash in after a full day of driving, that was close to Florida Panthers hockey games, but I wish I had enough time to enjoy the beautiful resort I found myself at. (and it was a short drive to Amerant Bank Arena, which has free parking at the giant mall across the highway) Will definitely stay at this location again!

Does the trick

Check in was a bit different. Not really a welcoming staff minus the second try checking in when we had Nicholas. It is a big property time share place. From check in building our building was 1 km away. All good just a heads up. Unit is dated but aside from that it was very spacious and did the trick. It’s a long drive into Miami but a close drive to the Florida Panthers hockey games. All in all just be aware this isn’t a new fresh stat but wasn’t bad by any means

Extremely disappointed- not what we expected

I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience at Vacation Village at Bonaventure. The unit we stayed in was in terrible condition, far from the "Superior" description. Here are the main issues: poor cooking facilities - there was no proper place for our kids to cook. The only ventilation was a tiny vent under the microwave, which made it unsafe to cook. This was especially concerning since we were traveling with young children and needed a place to prepare meals. Safety concerns - the bedroom had a window with no screen, so we ended up with flies inside. To make matters worse, we were hesitant to leave the window open because small iguanas were roaming around the area. It didn’t feel safe or comfortable. We were told the unit had a queen-sized bed, but instead, there was only a double bed. This was a significant issue for us, as we were expecting more space for a restful sleep. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The sink was rusty, the bathtub was rough, and the floor throughout the unit (not just the bathroom) was in poor shape. I’ve attached photos to show just how bad it was. The drawer in the unit was so fragile that when we tried to use it, it came off the tracks. It was impossible to store anything, which was very frustrating (it wasn’t like in the video, a wooden drawer). I really expected more from a vacation rental in such a popular area, and this was easily the worst experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, and I certainly
