We've stayed here a few times, each time it seems to be going downhill in cleanliness. The beds this time were so uncomfortable for all 3 of us. Bathroom definitely needed cleaned better. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Comfortable stay, bur poor breakfast experience.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of USB points. Poor door to bath room, sliding makes a noise for partner when they asleep. Breakfast very poor as most items not available at 08:30am on a Saturday. No bread, bacon or fruit available Morning reception lacking in customer service skills. Contrary to the evening reception laden who was very pleasant.

Silver Dollar City and Beyond
This was our first time staying here. The price was good compared to where we normally stay during Christmas holiday in Branson. We were pleasantly surprised … nice, clean, modern hotel. Staff were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty with a good combination of hot/cold items. The gravy for the biscuits tasted as great as my mom’s! :) We liked the glass barn door to the bathroom. Nice touch. The shower head had many adjustments. Lots of room in the bathroom and bedroom. The only problem we encountered was we didn’t have bath towels one day and the staff profusely apologized. Location was good. Great stay! Will return.

Not a Good Place for pets
Hotel was nice and clean. The only negative was the pet policy. I was not allowed to leave my pet unattended in room - even though she had a kennel. So if you go out to dinner - you have to take your dog. This was not good.

FUR BABIES HAVE TO GO WITH YOU!!!
Pet friendly, but read the small print! We couldn't leave our small, quiet dog in the room, while at our granddaughters cheerleading competition, or any other time. We had to take our dog, leave her in the car, and check on her as much as possible. YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS MORE OBVIOUS BESIDE YOUR PET FRIENDLY AMENITIES.

Not all that good
Housekeeping failed to reset alarm clock and it went off at 6 am..scared us and caused a leg cramp to turn it off and lights on wrecking deep sleep. Front desk didn’t seem to care too much. kind of pricey for what was on offer too.

Dirty sheets and lipstick stained napkin
The bed sheets had lint and hair when we folded them back. The head of the shower was gross and the floor the the shower was stained. And when I opened the napkin during the breakfast it had lipstick stain. I think the hotel is just cutting corners to try to save money. The breakfast tasted great and the ladies at the front desk were super nice.
