This hotel is very old and in needs of a complete rennovation. The room was dirty, everything was broken, from the sink to the tub, to the kitchen counter. I cannot believe that I paid almost $300 for this. The onyl nice thing was the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful.

Not much to like. Arrived and checked in, went to room and dropped off luggage and other items, went shopping, returned to find that both our key cards did not work, went to front desk and they stated that we were never put in the system as having the room and they had given it to someone else because the room was available!! Turns out the other guests entered are room while we were gone and then reported the room was occupied when they went in. They were not impressed and left the hotel. When we were told of the situation we did not feel comfortable staying for fear that someone else would walk in our room for the same reason. This was a huge error!! We left the facility and I am waiting to get a refund but not sure it will happen. Steer clear of this hotel, it is soooo sketchy.

The room smelled like smoke, mostly it was the bathroom, but it was STRONG. The room barely resembled the pictures. The chair was very comfortable but the bed was not. The pillows and blanket provided were underwhelming. Grab and go breakfast was as described.

Tv remote channel up &down button didn't work, snd tv adjustment was broken so it could be adusted for a different angle. Then some man tried to get me to help him while i was leaving this morning. Scary because i think he was staying there. He waited until my partner lert then approached my car.

Friendly room was comfortable and large enough to relax and we like the extended stay because it gives a full size refrigerator plate and so on. I believe the staff works very hard. I booked this place for my boyfriend dog and I after flying all day. We got to the property, let my dog to go pee and there was needles in the parking lot, my boyfriend went in and checked in and said the lobby had an awful smell. We got to the room and as I do everywhere I stay I check sheets/ sinks: tub and toilet and it was all dirty. There was a bogger on the bed frame and pee on the toilet seat. Lady at front desk was lovely though.

Not really worth the price

The hotel was dated. The room was ok as we were really just there to sleep for 1 night. I realize this is an extended stay hotel but it would have been nice to have an ice machine and bucket or at least some cups (plastic or otherwise). Not everyone that stays is staying for an extended amount of time.
