Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.

After being scammed with false advertising and being stuck 10 hours from home without a plan to where to let my kids sleep these amazing people found a spot for us for the night. Not only were they our rescuers but the room is amazing with a spectacular view; it was clean and secure. The kids enjoyed the enclosed pool that was warm and comfortable to swim even in October. We watched a bear casually stroll down the strip (don’t leave food in your car). The kids enjoyed the mountain Coaster very conveniently across the street and pizza the Brazilian way from 3 minutes walk away!!! Even if they are unable to accommodate us tonight we were able to salvage 2 days of our trip and will definitely be back and stay here from ever on.

Not a place to stay if you have small children

We did not have a good experience. The information provided when booking the room was a two-bedroom suite. I was expecting one door to enter the room and then two bedrooms. It was two rooms with conjoining access. In addition, the balcony door would not close, the nightstand was missing a leg so it would fall over if touched, one entry door was not sealed at the bottom so light was coming in with who knows what else, the areas next to the AC units had not been cleaned in a while and had small places next to them for little hands to get into. It was not safe for children and we ended up leaving after one night. I was able to talk to the staff about my concerns and Hotels.com was able to get my remaining stay refunded. I am greatly appreciative of Hotels.com for helping me get the refund. I will never be staying here again. The parking lot is awful trying to get in and out as well. Just an overall bad experience.

Good Stay

The motel was nice. They have balconies over the creek with chairs. The breakfast is very similar to Holiday Inn Express, pretty standard. They advertise a game room but it's just a room with a foosball table only. They have an indoor pool but you have to go outside to get to it. This is right on the edge of Gatlinburg right when you get there from Pigeon Forge so if you are out of shape double the walk time from the motel to the center of Gatlinburg.

Room was fine the location of hotel made the vehicles road noise very loud and the event in pigeon Forge made it go on late into the night. Hotel itself was fine parking was difficult and room to close to main road.

Anniversary trip.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom and sink area. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was good. The girl at the desk was really nice. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Nice river sounds

Location was great. Property is dated in many areas. The balcony & chairs were excellent to enjoy the sounds of the creek. The room was comfortable. Bathroom small but clean.

Bullet points from stay.

• first employee that checked us in was super cool and polite. He even let us check in early to a room that was already ready to go. •rooms were nice. No hand soap though by the sink. •balcony was awesome with the view of the river •the sounds from the main road were sadly really loud and could keep annoying at times •we called the front desk once and the lady who answered very rude and seemed very annoyed with us calling down in the first place which was weird •parking wasn’t too bad •didn’t eat the breakfast as we aren’t morning people but it seemed busy. •Lobby smelled bed but that didn’t effect the room at all. •checkout was easy 3.5/5 won’t be staying again due to lack convenience Via traffic.

Rooms were updated and clean. Loved the spacious layout, especially the large countertops. The room was quiet to adjoining room noise, but since it was so close to the road, you could definitely hear the cars. The breakfast was ok, more fresh fruit options and gluten free options would have been appreciated. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Nice Balcony View

Hotel was old, but had been updated. Okay stay. Beds were extremely firm. The space to maneuver the luggage cart to the room was tight. All the hotel staff that we interrogated with were extremely friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. From what I see, most of the hotels in the Gatlinburg area are older. It was an okay stay.
