Stayed at the Leonardo Hotel a few times, but htis was abit of a challenge with service side. Some good areas was the reception team on first arrival booking in, room tidy, location good in heart of city near ICC, Bullring and Mailbox. Now not so good on the service side, asked for a quiet room(given room next to lift lobby doors) so busy, payed for breakfast only to be challenged at breakfast and told you havent paid loudly in breakfast area. This was humilating for me being a regualr guest to this hotel establishment. I tried to get the young lady on restaurant book in desk to check, which she said she had checked. I would have to go to reception and get a receipt to prove I have a paid beakfast. Poor service,poor training of staff. Lift issues again…
