Varmt og støy

Aircon virker ikke og vi er i en bråkete hovedgate... og det er 27 grader inne. Ingen søvn i natt. Takterrassen var fin, men veldig full. Rommet, 31, i seg selv er fint og rent. Relativt nyoppusset tror jeg.

Decent stay with unfortunate incident

Our room’s air conditioning was broken when we got the room which made it incredibly uncomfortable. We had to stay in another room from our party on the floor due to the heat. The staff we’re very nice and tried their best but were unable to secure another room until night two so it was just unfortunate for us. Everything else was perfect. Lovely big rooms and very clean.

Spacious rooms and located in the center of action

The room was large and fit all four of us. This hotel is right in the center of action in Malaga, behind the Alcazaba so it’s loud in the night. You have to close all the windows if you want to sleep. There is a cool rooftop bar upstairs which fills up fast. Breakfast was extra but well worth the view and the excellent service. Great location and very accessible, but it was a bit loud in the night.

Would stay again!

The central location in the old town and within walking distance to most museums and a beach made it fab. The windows and shutters helped keep a fair amount of the sound from the busy (daytime and nighttime) streets below but we did struggle to sleep at times with the noise. Hotel breakfast was superb - nothing to fault there at all! Staff were also really personable. Room had everything we needed; we just missed some hanging / drying space for beach gear

Estada maravilhosa

Excelente localização, no centro turístico da cidade e perto dos principais pontos turísticos. As meninas da recepção foram extremamente simpáticas e solícitas. Destaque para o serviço de transfer que o hotel possui até o aeroporto e vice-versa e também a possibilidade de guardar as malas após o check-out. Café da manhã muito gostoso e com uma vista incrível. Quarto agradável e limpo, única ressalva é que o mesmo poderia ter um mini bar para guardar bebidas e mantê-las geladas devido ao calor da cidade.

Disappointing

Great location, central Málaga with good access to city. You are sharing a building with other businesses, including big groups queueing at the door to get into the bars/restaurants, so you have to get through the crowd and a bouncer just to access your room. The lift/elevator is also constantly in use by other patrons. On our only full day there, we had a power cut at 8am - this also meant no water to the room. At 10am we went to ask if they knew when it would be back - they didn't know and had no offer of water in the meantime so had to go out feeling a bit grimy. The bathroom had an unbearable smell while the power was off, luckily we didn't need to use the facilities! We also found that the bar above our room was scraping chairs until 2/3 in the morning, making sleep difficult. Decor was good, however walls could do with a lick of paint with lots of wear and tear marks all over the white walls. Overall, very disappointed and couldn't justify the price in any way. I'll be writing separately to management.

El Hotel está excelentemente ubicado pero el estado del Hotel/Hostal es muy mejorable más teniendo en cuenta el coste de las habitaciones, 200EUr entre semana y 240 el viernes. Además está fatal aislado, se escucha las conversaciones de la calle (muy ruidosa durante toda la jornada). Carísimo para la habitación e instalaciones en general. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
