A bit tired, room needs redecorating
Lovely location and impressive communal areas. However the room itself was very worn and needs new furniture. Many scuffed or broken parts. Breakfast amazing, varied and well presented.

Straight in… then straight out!!
We booked this hotel for 2 nights to extend our holiday. We had just came from the Hard Rock Hotel which was Amazing! However we wanted to be more local to everything so we booked the Cleopatra from the reviews-which are currently very good, I think these reviews were written in the 1980s as this hotel is VERY outdated. Oliver greeted us at reception who was absolutely amazing, what a kind and professional man. We explained everything with the sister hotels, food recommendations and explained the maps of the hotel throughly. Upon going to the room me and my partner were distraught!! Very outdated, small television which was probably made in 2002, artex walls and ceiling which look like they have been painted over about 100 times. Dry poo on the bidet!!! We immediately went down to by the pool which was empty, went into the sister hotel which was the Mediterranean, we were immediately blown away with the difference in the quality of everything!!! So within an hour we had checked in and checked out of the Cleopatra and moved into the Mediterranean for a 28 euro additional fee. If you're old fashioned stay here If you're not-don't

Perfect location just a walking distances from the beach and the main shopping street. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast with various options to choose from. Loved our stay there and would recommend it

40th bday let down!
First, the staff was AMAZING! All the way around! My only complaints are, the room was very dated! The bed was not comfortable at all. Did not get a good night’s rest the entire time I was there! It was my 40th bday and I just didn’t enjoy the room. For the price, you’re def paying for the beach! It’s convenient to a lot of things, but the hotel itself, wouldn’t stay again. I’d prob stop by and say hello to the front desks though! Wouldn’t stay again until the rooms improved. Staff, keep doing what you do!

We cannot think of one negative thing to say about this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect right on the beach, the pool area is beautiful, breakfast is excellent, all staff are so friendly and helpful, the pianist every morning at breakfast is lovely. It’s such a shame they are closed most of next year for refurbishment as we would have definitely booked again - and we never usually go back to a hotel so that shows what a wonderful place this is. We will definitely return once it reopens - we highly recommend it.

Super alte Zimmer, so ein schlechtes Zimmer hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr und in viel billigeren Hotels. Hotels.com VIP Status gab es nicht und war auch keinem bekannt. Lage ist super und Frühstück auch okay. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen.

Beste Lage in der Umgebung. Tolles Hotel, Zimmer leider sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. War seit 8 Jahren nicht mehr dort und empfand es damals schon als Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war vor 8 Jahren ein absoluter Traum, jetzt leider sehr enttäuschend. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit nebenan im Mediterran Palace zu essen und dort ist es super. Ich war bereits zum 3x dort und würde trotzdem immer wieder hin. Es ist einfach ein super Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt am Strand. Ich warte jetzt die Renovierung ab.
