The hotel at one time was probably very nice. The young man working was very accommodating and provided us with a mini fridge. The room was ok, bed was comfortable, bathroom needs work. The pool was terrible. Breakfast was awful. Property has gone down and needs updating. I am sure at one time it was great, but not now. I would not stay again until major updates are done. Also, one of the rooms on hotels.com does not even exist at the hotel.

OK for the price I guess

Good - Room air conditioning was good. Beds comfortable. Overall the room was fine. Bad - No air conditioning in hallways. Broken lamp fixture - light bulb hanging from lamp. Ice machines broken. Cold water in room barely cold. Needed to get key cards re-keyed multiple times. Very slow-draining bathtub. Included breakfast had hardly any choices - no warm food. Dead tree in pool area.

Mold infested Hot Box

The hotel was run down, dirty and hot. There were many spots in the building where water leaks are evident and no effort to remediate the mold has been attempted. The hotel is a health hazard and needs to be looked into by the County health inspector. On the hottest days of the year all of the common area HVAC systems were not running, Hall temps were pushing 100 degrees.

Bathroom faucet broken with constant running water. Had to shut door and could still hear it. Mold on ceiling tiles, lots of water damage. Advertised breakfast, only had coffee served from dark bar. Stagnant musty smell. Low lit parking lot. People millng about outside. Strong stench of weed.

We were shocked when we saw the hotel. It looked like an abandoned building and there was absolutely no upkeep of the grounds. The pictures on the Hotel.com website was a complete distortion of reality. I had conference meetings there 20 plus years ago and it doesn’t look like any maintenance or care has been done since then. The complimentary breakfast was laughable. There was a Bob Evan’s close which provided a great breakfast. On the positive side, the limited staff was polite and helpful. They had no luggage cart available when we arrived but quickly found one that was held together by electrical tape. The room was comfortable and clean with no noise from other rooms. The price was more than affordable. I would not stay there again. The property is in a good location but needs a complete renovation.

This facility has completely gone down hill. One of the beds the frame was bent . Water damaged all over the building . The room beeds were very clean bathroom was not. And how cold items were served for breakfast. The lights weren't even properly on in the dining room to eat when we did leave in the morning not what my experience was 2 years ago when I came to the facility last will never go there again was not worth freaking almost $90 for the night.

Please pick another hotel.

Hotel was broken down. The pool was kept locked unless you asked for it to be opened. 2 out of the 3 staff we encountered was rude and disrespectful. The exit sign was hanging down by the electrical wires. The drop ceiling had places where they and removed the panels and it was just left like that. The pool area was dirty with trash thrown all around it.

Hotel was definitely a little run down and not as updated. The key cards for the rooms are a little iffy. The room was clean and ready for us which is the main part of the stay. The pool was nice can definitely tell the hotel used to be very nice, does look like the pictures with how everything is laid out just more dingy and ran down than it looks in the pictures. For the price of 100$ overall was an okay place to stay would possibly stay again.

New owners coasting on Quality’s brand name.

This is not part of the quality hotel chain. It has been purchased and is still being operated without any upgrades. When we first got in, there were no lights on in the lobby. The key we were given was an old quality hotel room key. The plants in the restaurant/pool area are dead or overgrown. The elevator is squeaky. The exit signs on our floor were falling out of the wall. My kids and I just wanted to shower and sleep. We had driven 10 hours. Out room’s carpet was sticky. The bathtub was grimy. Then it turned out the drain was backed up. We didn’t get those showers. Laying down, our pillows were lumpy and the blankets were thin. We slept, but it was not a positive hotel experience.

The hotel was clean. The door knob would stay in the up or down instead of going back to the middle. We got another room. The only thing that was around the hotel was a Bob Evan’s Restaurant and a gas station.

Why isn't this place condemned? It was like an episode of Scooby Doo - the place looked deserted; the lights were flickering; the Exit signs were hanging from wires off the walls; the doors around the building were not locked. The blankets had stains and the TV didn't work. When I went to look for ice, every floor had a broken machine, and the elevator buttons were written on with a marker to tell you which floor. I took the stairs to avoid getting trapped and somehow ended up in a kitchen - no staff in sight. If we weren't just spending a few hours there for sleep, I definitely would have left. Why Expedia? Why do you promote this?

The whole facility was dimly lit with buckets catching water from leaky ceiling . The plants around the salty pool were dying. There was someone already staying in the 1st room we went to. Our rooms carpet needed cleaning. If it hadn't been raining & late I would have gone somewhere else. Bad experience.

Einmal und nie nie nie wieder! - LOST PLACE!

Ein sehr heruntergekommenes Hotel, bei dem man keinen einzigen positiven Lichtblick sieht! - Bis auf die kostenlose Parkplätze und die Nähe zum Highway ist das Hotel eine reine Katastrophe! Ein Lost Place beschreibt das Hotel genau richtig. Der Innenbereich vom Hotel sehr kalt, modriger Geruch. Wenn es regnet, werden im Gang Eimer aufgestellt, weil Wasser von der Decke tropft. Im Badezimmer läuft das Wasser in der Badewanne nicht ab. Die Badewanne ist braun. Wenn man auf den Boden der Badewanne tritt, ist diese Beweglich (Zimmer 677). Das Schließsystem der Türe funktioniert auch nicht. Türgriff lose, nach etwa 1 Minute, die Türe aufbekommen. Im Flur und Zimmer fallen Tapeten ab. Stellenweise Schimmel im Flur. Zum Frühstück kann nur gesagt werden, es gibt Waffel, minimal Obst und eine Kaffeemaschine. Mehr nicht! -> Wurde jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen, weil es einfach schrecklich aussah. Der Teppichboden ein absoluter Albtrau! - Wenn man dort mit einem Grünlicht darüber gefahren wäre, wäre man womöglich umgekippt!
