The room was nice and clean. The staff were courteous and friendly.

10/10 Exceptional

Enjoyable stay, convenient for sightseeing, would definitely stay again.
Margaret Ann, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was very clean and the hotel is in a good location. The room was ok but scruffy with lots of broken beading and poorly done repairs. If it was cheaper it would be fine but it was very expensive for the state of the room (feels more like a hostel).
Sara, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good location, room was quite spacious. Only complaint is that the bed was beside the window and there was cold air coming in from there. Bed also is extremely soft and springy.
Heather, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Just an overnight stay in this budget hotel, cheap and cheerful, rooms were clean if a bit small, but as always you get what you pay for, staff were lovely, and the hotel was in a great location with Earl’s Court tube station just round the corner.
Harjiv, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was basic but clean. Would have been nice to be able to have more control over heating, but were able to open a window. Staff were always courteous and able to help. Hotel is a good budget option in a lovely part of London. Good base if you're exploring.
Simon, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Room was tiny and best described as tired. Could not walk either side of bed. Tv was also tiny given room size and at least 20 years old. Location good ans staff friendly enough.
Alan, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was small but clean and tidy. Had view to a nice park in front. But the shower was not properly working, water force was less and also the toilet door wasn’t able to lock. Providing a carpet should be a great choice. Altogether it was a nice stay.
Sandra, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was spotless , kettle etc clean shower spotless but very small and big step up into bathroom was a budget hotel did not realise till after booked and paid that had no lounge or restaurant very like a hostel than hotel, staff extreamly helpful proffesional and friendly. Bed was softer than used too but slept loke a log and woke with no stiffness or pain, a big plus for me as have horrid back problems. If your on a budget and dont mind going out for meals , stay here, staff friendly rooms spotless.

Giulianna, 6-night trip

Easy check in, dirty sheets, noisy at the bottom floors
Phillip, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good stay, would stay again. Friendly staff and good location.
Calum, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Basic facilities but good service and a great location.
Russell S, 8-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great stay with really friendly staff. TV was struggling with reception but who wants a tv when you’ve so much to go and lovely things all around.
dean, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Conveniently located by a tube station and shops. Staff were friendly, room was decent for the price.
Peter, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

For a budget hotel, the Garden View punched way above its weight. Niggles were - no plug in the bathroom sink, and nowhere to hang towels when used but not needing replacement. Apart from that, the room was clean, if small, and in a great area for tube travel. We'd return quite happily.
Graham, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Perfectly good!

It was a good stay! We weren’t in the room a whole lot but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was kept clean. The fan was very nice considering the hot weather and there was a decent amount of space.
Lucas, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Spacious room with great view
kimberly, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Pillows were like bricks, though the bed was comfortable. The small shower area made it difficult not to get water all over the floor. The facility was shabby all around —tiles broken in the bathroom, radiator cover not well-affixed, etc. — but the staff were friendly and did help where they could (extra towels, sticking plaster). We felt safe and though it was far out of the main part of London, it was in an area with a choice of restaurants.
elizabeth, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Quiet, no frills hotel in nice location.

Good location, easy access to tube, quiet part of Earls Court. Room at back 28HL on half landing was more basic than room looking on to garden square on previous stay. Decor and furniture bit tired, shower pressure low but ensuite clean.
