The hotel itself was nice. Room was clean and check in was easy. We stayed here twice for work.

Warning. Do NOT book this hotel! Chances are, they will give away your room before you get there. Arrived at 6pm to find out they gave my room away because they were overbooked. I had to scramble to find a different hotel. To top it off, they still charged me for a night and have refused to refund me. Front desk clerk was hostile and threatened me when I questioned him about it. Hotel manager also never bothered to return my call. They obviously do not care about their guests or reputation.

During my 3-night business trip, I never once saw a staff member greet me. When we made eye contact, they would look away as if they hadn’t seen me.

Stopped in on a return trip from South Carolina. Very nice, clean, and quiet place. Comfortable beds too. The staff were friendly and professional. Would stop again.

The property appeared to be busy but my room was very quiet. There was a good amount of customer service and client use in the common areas which made the property feel comfortable and engaging.

My kid had a function near Fredericksburg, which is an hour from home. We went to stay there that night due to the fact there was an indoor pool for the kids. We went into the pool room and it was absolutely freezing cold along with the water being to cold to even dip a toe in so I went up to the front desk to ask for a maintenance to turn the AC up. As owner of a heating and air company I’m aware of the protocol for that but the lady at the front desk gave me much attitude and told me I was incorrect multiple times before she proceeded to walk away.
