Horrível pior hotel ,além de sujo e manchado o chão o quarto fede muito cigarro. Está impregnado de cheiro de cigarro. Um nojo o quarto. Tudo muito precário . Quarto cheio de buraco. Fora que perigoso ,teve tiroteio na noite que passamos no hotel uma pessoa foi morta. Ficamos com muito medo . Nem dormimos direito. Vá pra outro hotel pq esse vc tem que fugir

I understand this property is under construction but for years!? First appearance is horrible, my first room had a hole in wall, and tub faucet wouldn’t turn off, it was running when we first open the room door. I had a long stay residence try to tell me I stole their stuff soon as I got there. It was a non pleasing experience. I would never ever ever go here unless some irrational drastic changes happen. Hotel needs to close until they can get it together.

Un desastre! Llegue y me dieron una habitación con pelos en las camas y llena de suciedad!! Además , no se dejen engañar por las fotos que ven en esta aplicación, tanto hoteles.com como Howard Johnson permiten que se publiquen fotos que no reflejan el estado deplorable actual del hotel! Hay telas de arañas, hotel con nulo mantenimiento, poca limpieza y un ambiente desagradable. DO NOT BOOK! REQUESTED REFUND!
Upon check in several were requesting refund. We got to our room and a bed was missing a blanket. Asked for 1 same night 2nights later still no blanket. Only had 2 towels 4 people booked asked for more they replaced the 2 and took the used never got enough for everyone. Also dead roaches in room, cracked ceiling, woke up with swollen eyes, ran out of toilet paper asked front desk and they refused to provide toilet paper. Also breakfast was advertised. You had to ask and theu only gave you a hard granola bar and a cup for juice or coffee.

It was terrible. All the facilities were old, careless and dirty, the shower was broken, my stay was a nightmare. I had to leave 1 day before and I got no refound. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy

Is ok for the price
In general terms , it is ok for the price , if you are planning only sleep and take a shower. It has some places nearby for breakfast Recommendations - Book the Deluxe Room - it is not a deluxe but it is better than the other rooms. - Request clean your room daily. - If you want a comfortable hotel with good standars , then not book here.

Filthy and fake pictures
The pictures of this place are all AI generated. The hotel is run down. The bedsheets had been changed and were covered, and i really mean, covered in hair. It was disgusting. The floor hadn't been cleaned and the ceiling had huge patch jobs.

Dont go nasty place
The hotel stay was terrible. The whole place smelled like pee. The rooms were not clean. There was mold on the toilet paper. The customer service was horrible l left the same night the front desk guy was nasty they talk nasty to you like he doesnt like his job. I give this hotel one star dont go that hotel..

Horrible place
That should not be considered a hotel. Is not clean at all, the bed cloth was dirty, i found a cockroach in the sink. That place is nasty. I would not recommend to stay in that place at all

You get what you pay for … or not.
, The shower never stopped dripping there were no replacement line available, grounds were filthy and broken. There was a gap all the way around our door, and the police and or EMTs were there four times in the four nights of our day.

The double beds were not queens, the shower didn’t have enough towels or washcloths we had to share, when we went down to the front desk to ask for more we were told there was no more! there were also roaches in the room.

Unbelievable! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Had the worst night sleep because the door didn’t close all the way even when dead bolted. Roaches crawled on me in the bed. I also brought back some leftovers but shocker, the microwave didn’t work. The only positive to this place and the reason for the one star was the young lady that worked the front desk was pleasant and as professional as she could be.
