The worst stay aver
We had the worst experience ever, in the room next to us they were drinking, singing loudly with their door open more than 10 people all night and not once the hotel staff did anything about it. We were not able to sleep because also they were banging the door. We left our room this morning and these people were still with the music out loud and laughing and talking super loud. The front desk new this, and fit nothing about it

Needs work!
Very tired traveler and was told no stopper for the bath tub. Front desk clerk was stressed and alone to manage the entire hotel alone without support for 16 hours!!!!. Whole experience was very chaotic

Transition and Management Issues
There was only one, recently hired, clerk at check-in, who was in the about the twelfth hour of a double shift. They tried to be helpful, but there seemed to be system issues and multiple reservation errors with which they were trying to deal.
The reservation was for one queen sized bed and we got one with two double beds. Given the confusion (not the clerk's fault) at the front desk it did not seem to be the effort to try and get the error corrected.
Beyond that, the TV remote didn't work, with no replacement available, and the heater had to be shut off to keep it from putting out heat beyond the level set all night.

Not worth the savings.
This was our 3rd stay here and it was not so great. The biggest problem with this hotel is lack of staff. This was the 2nd time I arrived and no one was at the desk. The gentleman showed up after about 8-10 minutes and was very nice. The next morning, there was NO ONE at the hotel on duty. The overnight person left and the morning person never showed. It was chaos. The thermostat doesn't regulate the heater so you are either suffocating or freezing. The bed had a very lightweight comforter and we were cold. We constantly had people talking outside our room because we were right outside the lobby doors. Although my first 2 stays were good, I think I will pay the higher price for comfort.
