The restroom door laminate was separating, one garbage bag not taken out and the other had no bag, flat surfaces were very dusty, ac unit held together by duct tape, bathroom faucet was dirty, door closure had put a hole in the wall and shower soap holder appeared to have mold.

The TV did not work. The manager fixed it when we went to dinner. But it still didn't work. moved us to a different room. ! TV still didn't work. We gave up and read a book. The breakfast was coffee and a pastry.

Disappointed

Checked in Friday night then went out Saturday morning. Got back to room about 11pm found out at that time door to room did not lock. Locked from inside with bring late in evening. Checked out Sunday morning and let the desk know room 307 will not lock. Said sorry nothing we can do, not our fault we didn't know until you told us have a nice day. No offer of discount or anything. Very disappointing to have that type of ending to stay.

Needs corporate attention

Where to begin. It was extremely dirty. There was a lawnmower in the hallway. Dead bugs all over room. Cigarette burns in comforter. Awful smell. Made us sick. Several people just hanging out in and around hotel parking lot all seemed like they were high on drugs. One was literally dumpster diving. We actually got a different hotel and didn't even stay the 2nd night. We did not feel safe. Our UBER driver even mentioned to us it was knows as the local drug hang out spot. On the positive side the front desk lady was kind. I felt bad for her. Corporate needs to seriously look into this facility. Wyndham is going to have something bad happen here that ends up making the news.

Very disappointed

The breakfast was a joke. Not what they call a “super start breakfast” They offered prepackaged cinnamon rolls, one at a time and prepackaged juice. When I arrived to get coffee, there were no cups an had to search someone out to get cups. The breakfast area was empty
