I was given a room that someone else had already stayed in room 218, after they double booked my room. And the other person got to get a brand new room, while I was told I couldn't have a new room. Then the room’s toilet was broken, so I had to move to a new room ok another level, when I got to the room there was a dirty used Blue towel on the ground, but everything else appeared to be kinda normal. Then the WiFi password wouldnt work, i called for help at the front desk and was told by james “There isn’t anything I can do to help you, call our maintenance guy” and was dismissed. Very unpleasant treatment and uncomfortable bed. It was my birthday and I didn’t get to enjoy anything , i was perfectly happy until I checked in the hotel. It made me so disgusted I checked out earlier than my expected check out time. The place literally gave me a headache and I couldn’t get any good rest because of how I had been treated.
