I stay in the hotel for one night before an early flight. The most important reason why I choose this hotel is because it is within 5 minutes walk to the Alibus stop. The room size is very good. It is clean and comfortable. The service at the check in and check out is standard. I do not opt for breakfast.

We spent a couple of days in Napoli after spending time with family near by. The hotel is in a convenient location but the area is pretty rough. The staff were fantastic though, the food was great and the hotel well run. I'd definitely stay again.

Very tired hotel in a very scary part of town. We had to catch a 7 am flight out of Naples and stayed here 1 night. It worked, glad I didn’t have to stay multiple nights. Clean, but tired. We were so hungry but couldn’t find anywhere to eat close by, scary part of town. We had to wait until the restaurant opened at 7 pm to eat. The bar offered drinks and small menu of apps, very busy bar with minimal staff to operate. Restaurant was meh.

Great value for money Near station Easy access

Hotel was a haven to the hectic place that is Naples! Ideally located for the main train station - we arrived late in the evening but felt relaxed within minutes and had a great nights' sleep in preparation for the train journey to Lyon the following day. The hotel has a luxury feel about (much better than a lot of Ramadas I have stayed in). The room was great; spacious, comfortable and very quiet and the staff were very helpful.

Our room wasn’t cleaned or made up after our second night. Third night there we ordered room service and were told to get it from the bar, Tried again to order was told it would be delivered, they didn’t bother to bring it! I hadn’t been feeling well so was very disappointed. The wifi was also extremely slow! Overall experience was very poor.

Was a little concerned about immediate area being a little rough. However we found the area to be absolutely fine, did not feel unsafe at all, I fact ate out quite a few times in the square. I think maybe 5 years ago the area could have been a little rough, previous reviews are outdated. Staff at the hotel really helpful, provided best routes and done great suggestions, breakfast was more than sufficient. Cleanliness really good, and excellent customer service. Great place to access metro and trains to visit main areas And historical sites. Perfectoo pizza * 2 close by

Size and the lightening of the room was perfect. The stuff was quality. Personnel were nice. The location is not a nice area but it’s not a big problem. The only missing point was breakfast. Where are the famous Italian cheeses?

We stayed here to tour Naples before flying home. The front staff is friendly. The room was large and clean.
