The room look like a crime scene that had been corrected with plaster all over the walls. The door lock that flips didn’t work. The bedding was moist. Someone pulled the night stand away from the wall by a foot … of course very nasty stuff exposed. It was a challenge to change rooms. There wasn’t much effort to be accommodating until I pushed the issue. By the time they did, I was ready to leave early.

The entire property smelled horrible. The room had a putrid odor of a mix of mold and urine. Went to open the dilapidated armoire to get to the fridge and the handle came off in my hand. The paint was peeling off the walls. Holes in the walls. Story stained and gross with holes in it and bleach stained carpets in the hallway. The front desk lady was very nice.

This hotel is very convenient to DFW. The beds were wonderful after a day of traveling! However, this hotel didn't mention that breakfast consists of a granola bar handed to you over the check in counter. Also, with the airport four miles away you would think the shuttle would be quick. You would not anticipate being given an hour timeframe-one way!

Tuve problemas para que pasaran por mi al aeropuerto. Entiendo que la lengua materna de la recepcionista y la mía no es la misma....pero me hubiera ahorrado dinero que me hubiera dicho que el shuttle dice: North hotel shuttle y que es un shuttle compartido con muchísimos hoteles.....ya que yo esperaba que el shuttle solo dijera super 8, ya que vi pasar uno que solo decía eso...por lo que termine pagando 42 dólares...ya que el calor era insoportable...creo que hasta en la descripción podrían especificar como es la camioneta del shuttle para que no pase eso

The room was clean. But by the second day, we were killing roaches. And the breakfast they advertised consisted of coffee, juice, and a granola bar.

Don’t stay here!!!!! Rude slow staff. First room was locked so they had to give me another. Room had caved in sinking floor in bathroom from soft sub flooring under bathroom floor tile!!! Unsafe!!!! Someone will end up falling through the floor. I informed the staff. They did not care. All of the towels were dirty and obviously used. Sheets appeared possibly used. Mildew on carpet and in A/C. Unsafe for breathing. No hot water in the shower. Unacceptable conditions.

Arrived at the hotel with booking confirmation in hand only to be told that Super 8 had cancelled my reservation due to "Overbooking"....but they had rooms available if I wanted to rebook at an even higher price than my reservation that was already prepaid. Spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and the front desk lady and her manager only to end up with a refund and nowhere to sleep. Drove 45 minutes away to sleep at a friend's house instead. Never again!

I stayed here because I needed a bed for 3-5 hours. There was mold around the base of the tub. Furniture was worn. Bed was great. The airport shuttle was late to the airport. But with all that I’d probably stay again; if I’m by myself! My wife would not like it.

My flight was canceled due to weather and I was happy to get a room at a great rate for a few hours. We tried to call the hotel to see if they had a shuttle, but no one answered the phone. I ended up in a taxi and they charged me over $40 to get to the Super 8. Also, The dresser in my room seriously needs replacement.
