Le Drip Hotel charged me a €150 deposit, stating it was a precautionary measure in case of potential damages. Upon checkout, everything was confirmed to be in order, and I was assured that the deposit would be refunded immediately. However, over a week has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have received no response. This lack of communication and delay in returning my deposit is unacceptable.
