The hotel is located near the underground (Central and Circle line) so it is pretty easy to get to the attractions in the city, and is 15-minute from Paddington station by foot. There is a small park next to the hotel, and my room was faced the park. In terms of the room, it is very clean and warm, but is very tiny. If you have a large suitcase, it is hard to open it. Anyway, the price is quite reasonable for the hotel at the heart of London.

It is not far away from tube. Quiet, cheap. But you need to go to another building to get a key after 5pm, and there is a minute you need to ring the bell and they will let you in when they see you in camera. However, not much complain in this price in zone 1 and it is a kind of security.

Don't go there during a heat wave, it's about 10C hotter in the rooms than outside. Also don't forget your earplugs because you will hear doors slamming until late at night and early in the morning.

Nice, comfortable rooms (friend, me). But she was at the front of our building and had a group roomed around her: noisy (my room was off on its own, at the back: quiet). Also, she was located where the outside door BANGED shut every time someone entered/exited. Maybe they could adjust the setting so that it closes quietly?

Good value for money, especially considering it’s located in an upscale area of London and was more affordable than other places I looked at. The room size was and it was clean. My only real complaint is about the noise. The rooms are very close to each other, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms (conversations, showers), and there was some kind of renovation work going on the building, which made things quite noisy during certain hours. Since at no point was this mentioned — not during the booking process, nor at check-in, I missed some transparency around that.

The doors in the hotell was horrible, so loud when you close it and the whole buildning will shake when somebody is closing a door! This is included with the main front door. Change the doors!!!
