Reception attitude is bad
No fridge in the room and drinking water is supplied When taking a shower, water flows everywhere The worst part is the service of reception, especially the male receptionist, he is very impatient and dismissive to customers. I will not stay here again because of the bad attitude from reception

great spot and highly recommend it
I really liked this hotel! It is very "young" and vibey. Great for a quick overnight stay before catching an early flight. I wish the room had a mini fridge but it's not that critical. The 24-hour snack bar is very convenient.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located just one bus stop away from Schiphol airport. The building itself is very nice, trendy and clean. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. I stayed for 3 nights (for work). Pros: - Conveniently located near the airport, with easy access to motorways which was ideal for me. - Nice breakfast, sufficient choice of food. - The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and I was greeted with a lovely smile every morning. Nothing was too much for them, they kept smiling. - The room was nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable. Cons: - The staff at front desk didn’t seem to enjoy working there, the customer service was awful. - The staff in the bar area even worse. Anything you asked seemed like it was too much and one night my starter and main course came out together at the same time while the gentleman next to me had arrived before me, and was still waiting for his food after I had finished mine. - Language barrier, the majority of front desk and bar staff didn’t speak Dutch and limited English. - Very limited choice on the food menu and no other restaurants within walking distance (only McDonalds nearby). - No option to charge anything to the room. I bought a bottle of water at the front desk and when I asked if it could be charged to the room, the lady just sighed and simply said “NO”. - No option to open windows or let air in the rooms, it’s aircon only.

Nice hotel close to airport
Not easy to find because they only have a small sign in the window. Street next to hotel is pretty busy. AC was so loud but luckily I had earplugs.
