Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected. The cleanliness was poor from the start – we had to ask multiple times to have the room properly cleaned, get fresh towels, and new toilet paper. After three days without any change of towels, we asked at reception if we should leave them on the floor to have them replaced. The receptionist said “yes”, but when we returned to our room at 19:15, it had not been cleaned, and our wet, dirty towels were still lying on the floor. Staff had already left for the day, and when we messaged about the issue, the reply was simply that nothing could be done.
There was also a clear language barrier, and staff often failed to take responsibility when problems were raised.
The photos of the hotel, especially the pool area, are not at all accurate. The pool is very small, and there are only four sun loungers and a few chairs under a covered rooftop area. The so-called “sky bar” was neither staffed nor properly introduced to guests, which added to the sense of poor service and lack of attention.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
