No hot water! Balky TV.
The hot water never came on in the bathroom sink. The hot water for the shower took over 5 minutes to emerge. The TV took about 5 minutes to come on. The coffee maker was temperamental. Overall, an unacceptable experience. They offered no solution. At check-out they told me that the room had been blocked for review and maintenance. But that didn’t do me much good. I should at least get a discount for all the discomfort they caused me. Trying to take a shower was nothing short of torturous! Totally unacceptable.

Buena opción para descansar pero no para desayuna
Habitación pequeña básica, limpia, cumple con lo necesario. Buena atención de los recepcionistas y del personal de limpieza, con excepción de la persona encargada del desayuno, pésima actitud de su parte y porciones extremadamente pequeñas.

Comfortable stay in wonderful La Condesa
Very comfortable, well thought out, functional and quiet hotel. Excellent value. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty building, especially the double height lobby and courtyard. Gorgeous leafy street. The highlight is the neighbourhood. Within a few blocks is gorgeous Parque Mexico, endless restaurants, cafes and little boutiques. Lovely place to stroll around and explore, peaceful and feels totally calm and safe. Also a lovely walk through the park to the anthropology museum. If you’re planning on exploring the hectic city centre, it’s close by and easy to get around on public transport, and La Condesa makes a quiet retreat from the buzz.

Poorly soundproof but overall good
It was poorly soundproof, our room (named Coyoacan) was next to the lobby, stairs and had windows towards the inner yard with the entrance, which means that we heard everyone coming in and out. The location, cleanliness and kind staff made the stay good overall but I would recommend to bring ear plugs.

A wonderful place
Picked this place blind based on reviews, and could not have been more pleased. Nice neighborhood, plenty to walk to in Condesa, and the room was immaculate with a premium feel. The staff was excellent, and the cooked to order breakfast a wonderful surprise. It has probably ruined us for other last minute accomodations in places we've never been to!

La atención del personal es extraordinario, PERO la habitación realmente estaba deplorable y más por el precio que se paga, cero relación costo-beneficio, nos tocó el cuarto Xochimilco y no tiene condiciones habitables, no tiene cortina en la puerta, entra mucha luz, y al estar en el exterior, la parte de abajo de la puerta no sella bien y entra luz y polvo, TOALLAS Y SABANAS muy viejas. Los dueños deben saber que un negocio requiere re inversiones para que todo mantenga el nivel que aluden en redes sociales y sus páginas. JAMAS REGRESARIA. Lo único rescatable es el personal MUY MUY ATENTO.

Charmed in the Condesa
We only stayed one night at this small, charming, well-priced hotel in the Condesa area. The women at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, and even held our luggage at no charge while we did some sightseeing. Limited but very good home cooked breakfast on the patio. Clean and quiet rooms in a great location.

This small hotel was perfectly clean quiet and well appointed. Breakfast to order was great. On a quiet street with 24 hour front desk to buzz you in. I was with my younger sister and we felt so safe. The ladies that work there were very helpful with any questions and even provided late check out when our flight was delayed due to a storm. My Spanish is very limited and that was not a problem. I was a little worried about no aircon but the temps are cool and the room was completely comfortable night and day. Did I mention that the price is unbeatable and there are adorable restaurants steps away. This is the place to stay! I’ll be back :)
