Had a great 2 night stay. Less than 10min walk from blu Mosque and nearby Hagia Sophia. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were really cozy and clean. Would definitely stay here again. One thing to note about the neighbourhood around Sultanahmet in general is that the streets are very hilly, cobblestone covered and sidewalks are either about 12" wide or not there. So just something to be aware of if youre planning to drag heavy luggage from public transit.

The property is very well located, and clean. The room is ample, as is the bathroom. We were particularly impressed by Omer, who greeted us when we arrived and went above, and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He was truly amazing! We will certainly come back when we return to Turkey.

Wonderful base for exploring Istanbul

Customer Service
The location was in the old section and close to the tourist attractions. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was a big plus, breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. I interacted a lot with Ömar who was exceptional. When I asked for assistance, without hesitation Ömar provided options without bias. There was zero pressure to select any option. He tactfully and professionally provided the pros and cons of each option and would always say, “it’s your choice”. If it was a reservation he would ask if I wanted the reservation made now or when I came back from my walk. Je always followed up. I saw the same unbiased interaction with the other guests. I feel Ömar inherently knows that providing balance in answering questions is good for the long term profitability of the business, especially in the highly sensitive tourist industry. He certainly helped solidify my impression of the hotel.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind für zwei Nächte gebucht mit Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es eine große Auswahl und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Jungs an der Rezeption machen einen super Job, wir bekamen am Anfang und Ende Tee aufs Haus und Wasser für unterwegs und zum Abschied noch ein kleines Geschenk. Weiterhin gaben sie Tipps, was man sich anschauen kann und wie man alles am besten erreicht. Vom Hotel aus kann man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen oder die Tram Station in der Nähe benutzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Stayed here for 4 days. It’s in a great location, the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia mosque, basilica cistern, and the metro was a 10 minute walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room was facing directly to the streets and I didn’t think it was noisy, you did hear some music and people who were at the restaurant downstairs. The staff was very nice and helpfull. There is a good coffee shop next door. I had an excellent stay

I will not be back
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very kind and adjusted to my needs. 24/7 desk service was very useful. There were a few things I didn't like which were the fact that the door lock did not work, even though I chose not to complain since I was only there for 2 nights but I'm sure they would have changed my rooms. Another thing was that the walls were very thin, I woke up at 3 am with the sound of footsteps. Lastly, the window from the room I was staying in was a staff area just by the kitchen and I could hear them even when the window was closed. Other than that the cleanliness was good and so was the service. Very kind staff

El personal es muy atento y la limpieza del hotel. No posee ascensor, pero cuando se viaja con equipaje pesado los muchachos del hotel están pendientes de ayudarte. El desayuno siempre es el mismo y la variedad es poca, aunque tiene muy bien sabor.

We had a lovely stay in Acacia Mansion. Staff were very nice, very attentive to our needs. Cleanliness is outstanding. Even though is a bit far (10 mins walk) from metro transport you can walk almost everywhere to main places to visit in the city.
