Only stayed one night as my wife and I were passing through Savannah. The facility was clean, the beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to attractions in Savannah from there. Young and old alike were having a great time in the indoor pool. We would be happy to stay here again sometime.

I arrived at the hotel that night which made it difficult to find because the sign was not lit up. But once I arrived I was very happy with the hotel. Overall the room is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The Continental breakfast was very good and had a wide selection to choose from. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed out of the historic district because of our budget. This hotel fit our price point and we found it wasn’t a hard trip to get down to that district. The staff was friendly and checking in and out as easy. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast so we knew what to expect but they had a variety of items to eat. I highly recommend making your own waffle

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Breakfast throughout the week was hit or miss but if they didn't have stuff, they were responsive at the front desk to get it restocked. Staff was friendly and location was really convenient for both going into downtown Savannah and doing things like Tybee Island and Skidaway Island.

The room and the property were good. Clean and well kept up. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was no waffle mix, no sausage and the hash brown were barely brown. They also had no cream cheese for the bagels and the coffee was terrible. I don’t know if we just got them on a bad day, but breakfast should have been better.

The outside appearance needs a sprucing up. Next door is an Enterprize rental and trees would help hide the ugly view. General cleanup would be nice. The lobby is dull and regular vacuuming of the rugs would help. The room was a nice size and clean. Tiny pillows on a king bed, odd. Bathroom needed a little help. Redo the grout, change the light fixture, it was rusty. We heard noise from the lobby at all hours. The price was okay reasonable for Savannah.

The people were wonderful and tried to help as much as possible. The elevator was often not working, which was a problem for my 90 year old mother, although that may be just unfortunate timing. There was at least one day when housekeeping did not come to our room, so that was a drag, but mostly it was kept very clean. I suppose our experience was mixed.

My stay was horrible because the bed felt like a brick and the housekeeper are lazy. I opted out for room cleaning the fist night. The second morning I asked to have my room vacuum. It never happened. I caught the room attendees on the hall, asked for tge vacuum and mop and did it myself. The laundry lady was the most helpful staff person in the building. She cooked, cleaned and trained others.
